Timber growled " How many times didn't i tell her not to mention my name." the tabby jumped from the branch and padded over towards the camp he forced himself not to growl " I'm the tom you are looking for." when he popped up. He surely looked at his flushing sister, and trying to make herself smaller.

"Oh, really? Nice to meet you then, Timber. What're you two doing here?" Feathermist asked, not even the slightest hint of aggression in her voice.

" We just both traveled a long moon over the mountains and across a raging river," mewed timber. " And a clan dared try to take my territory. i fought back with every fang and claw in me, and lost. Me and Holly had to flee or be killed." the young cat wouldnt explain the rest of the story. Holly licked her pelt mewing " The season's have been harsh on us, i swear on my claws that old insane med-cat was trying to curse us with his ancestors." Between the apprentice aged tom and the kit they were very skinny and Timber was good at hiding that he was even sick.

"Well, then, come relax. Want some poppy seeds to calm you down?" She offered, scraping the seeds over to the tabby apprentice.

Timber looked at holly, she flicked tail towards the poppy-seeds. Even though he kept in the fact he was more has sick has his sister was, he took the poppy seeds only thinking if was a mouse he would have been glad. He was starving his eyes wearily traveled to the fresh-kill-pile. Holly swallowed, she could almost taste the flesh of a mouse.

"Hungry?" She asked, "Go get yourself something to eat." Feathermist flicked her orange tail at the fresh-kill pile. "Just don't be greedy."

Timber curtly nodded, him and holly padded over towards the Fresh kill pile. He selected a mouse, while Holly took a vole. The two cats bounded off somewhere in peace to at least finish there first meal in moons, they both have forgotten what the meaning of a full stomach was.

Jaystar padded into camp with a wood pigeon clamped in his jaws. He halted at the entrance, glancing at the two loners suspiciously. "Why do loners keep walking into our camp like they can do whatever they want?" he muttered to himself. "Sparrowthorn, please organize a couple of border patrols. Our Clan territory has become a free-for-all!" As for the loners- He quietly went up to them, tensing as he approached. "Excuse me, I understand that you are sick and hungry, but why are you here?"

Sparrowthorn leapt to attention and gave a yowl for all the clan to hear. "Icetalon, Grizzlyheart, Mousepaw, and Fawnstream! You three cover the east border. Challenge every trespassing cat you see. Leafdapple, Adderwhisker, Briarstep, and Olivebreeze, take the west border. I'll go with the eastern border patrol." He jumped back down and padded over to the newly organized patrols, shoulders set in determination to rid this camp of rogues and loners.

Oliveblaze's striped cream and pale ginger pelt bounded over to the patrol. His eyes glinted mischievously as he kneaded the ground, waiting for the others to catch up.

Leafdapple gave a brisk nod and headed to the camp entrance, glancing towards the others. She moistened her paw and swiped it over her calico face before falling into step with Oliveblaze.

Birchblossom peeked outside the warriors den with her wide pale green eyes. "Bye, Oliveblaze," she mewed to her brother before disappearing back into the den.
