I've been trying to start an adoption center but everytime I get an idea I try and draw it out to get the anatomy right then I get bored after a week or so and move on..

SAI costs around 60 dollars, I believe. Free if you can find the right places. xDD

That's pretty good, I'll see if I can get that. I'd much rather not resort to fishing around the internet and ending up getting a sketchy free version. xD

It's not a simpler version of Photoshop at all, but it is a much more "down to earth" program than Photoshop. It's pretty good for people that like to draw and paint, rather than screw around with a thousand different filters and special tools. The lines are very smooth on it.
