The Summonging (Based off the acctual book) (Action/Romance)

"Heh, so did I." Rai grinned up at him as he rubbed the back of his neck. "I just can't sleep tonight." He thought that it was rather unusual, since he slept in most days. "What time is it, anyways?" he asked his friend. "You know...Your height makes me feel so short."

Celine looked up at the boy now smiling at her, offering to give her a tour around. "Uh...sure. And you are?" she said, walking fully out of the door. Her lolita dress swished around her as she walked over to the others. The anger over her mother's stupidity and her dropping Celine off here was still there, and she tried not to scowl at the people around her.

"Eh, stalk people watch them while they sleep," Zeda said non-chalantly, shrugging. A faint smile escaped on his lips, and he flicked her hair. "I like to stalk you the most though. Cause, you know, your all gorgeous and stuff." As they walked towards his door, he heard people talking out in the hallway. Curious, he opened the door and saw pretty much all the residents here out in the hallway. Zeda's eyebrows raised in surrpise and said, "Hmm...a meeting in the hallway I see? And I wasn't invited! Uh! I'm stung!"

He nodded, smiling. "Simon...this is-" he stopped and turned, about to say Derek's name, and saw him talking to Rai, so he rolle dhis eyes and turne dback to the girls. "Well, let's go, then," he added, stepping past them on light feet.

She giggled softly and blushed, barely seen by her dark skin tone. She smiled faintly. "You do?" she asked, curiously. "Like a guardian angel, am I correct?" she added as she turned and looked out the hallway, watching the others. "Ah, I guess I wasn't anvited, either," she mused.

Derek chuckled softly. "Can't help it. I'm a big boy," he mused as he looked down at Rai. "So, Rai, you say you have sleeping troubles?"

Hope followed him closely behind. She really didn't need a tour since she wasn't all that new, but Hope felt like she needed to be around someone who wasn't so depressing like her brother. Let alone her own mind.

"I'm sure you tower over everyone, huh?" Rai asked with a bright grin. He lightly punched Derek in the chest. "And, buff as always." He sighed a little and nodded solemnly when he heard his last question. "Yep. I haven't had a good night's sleep in days it feels like."

He chuckle dsoftly, acting liek it hurt him, usut for Rai's sake. He nodded, frowning slightly. "Demeter can help ya, ya know?" he said. "She's helped me sleep for the past...I dunno.....4 years?"

"Well, i was kinding about the stalking thing, a little anyways." Zeda laughed, then his face darkened and he continued, "Though I'm very, very far away from a gardian angel." He then drew back into the room and closed the door. He let out a sigh and flung himself on his own bed, shoved in the right hand corner of the room, the window on its right.

Celine smiled despite her mood and nodded at Simon. "Cool. How many people are here?"

"Oh, quit your pretending," Rai chuckled as Derek pretended to be hurt from his gentle punch. He thought about his suggestion and soon shrugged. "I'm sure I'll end up asking for her help sooner or later. But, I'll see if I can sleep on my own for another day. If it ends as bad as the other nights, I'll go find her."

She appeared at the edge of his bed, pulling out her sketchbook. "Do...Zeda," she spoke softly, showing him the picture. "What do you think when you see this picture?" she asked, showing the vision-opicture she had as she looked at him. "I mean, I just drew this...but I don't know who she is...and what's with the spider web," she added. She had never shown her pictures to anyone before, not even her best friends, but she trusted Zeda most.

Simon nodded again and smiled "About 9-10 kids, I believe," He replied, smiling.

Derek nodded. "Alright, I'll let her know, then,"

Zeda stared at the picture for a moment, then shurgged. "Nope. Never seen her. But the spider-web might mean that she cannot talk and/or see and she needs help. Is she dead?"
