The Artists of CS
All us oekaki goers have heard these names: KaiKenNatsuki, Oofay, Neara, apache~, TheWolfsgirl90, the list goes on. The pieces these people draw have always captivated me, and make me set a goal for how I someday want to draw. All of us artists, someday, want to be known throughout the CS artist community. Even though they all have very different styles, their art is always a pleasure to look at. Leave a comment below on who your favorite CS artist is. I'll pick a few to publish here!
INTERVIEW
With orange.c y r u s♥

By orange.c y r u s♥ character belongs to Tokka~Shima
For the first interview, I'd like to start with a friend of mine. She's an amazing artist, so I decided to ask her some questions.
1. When did you start drawing?
I began drawing since I could hold a pencil. So around 3-5.
2. What is your favorite thing to draw?
My fave thing to draw is canines, mainly those with pointed ears. I've been around them and studying their anatomy all my life, so I caught on easily.
3. What do you think of the oekaki?
I enjoy oekaki, although I cannot use it on my tablet without laggage or slowing down my computer, but I am sure that's my personal problem. Overall, its very nice and varied in abilities to draw, but some tools could be added to improve. And I only say this because a lot of people seem to complain about that.
4. Are there any programs you like more?
I use GIMP, but I do miss oekaki a tad bit more.
5. Who is your favorite artist here on CS?
My favorite artist would be Spotty. She is a very generous person, and a wonderful artistic role modle. Overall, I look up to her even though our styles are completely different.
6. How long have you been on CS, and what do you like the most about it?
I have been on CS for about 3 years. The thing I like most is it's overall rule of child friendly-ness. It makes people and things so much more nice and simpler.

Featured Story
A Silent Look on Life by -Invisible-. Not being able to speak would be hard, right? So living as mute and "unwillingly perfect" Elli Tears would prove to be a challenge. But Elli has her friend Topic Silver by her side at all times, to translate sign language to others for her, talk to her, in general be her best friend. But when Topic disappears without a trace, what's a girl to do?
Incorrect~ by Canyon987. In this world, you have to be perfect. Or else you'll be Wronged, dragged away, forever. This story is written as diary entries by Alicia Stonebrook, who lives in the city of Ankem, where London, England used to be. Everyday, she lives her life in fear of doing the wrong thing, saying the wrong thing, being wrong in general. Because here, it's not allowed.
