What I am sure that Wolfie means is that it is kinda rude to say "I am getting rid of the people who had no chance" because maybe even those people would of tried hard on it, and someone saying that can put them down, which I would probably be put down if I actually put in an entry that I was happy with and liked it but then someone saying that their artwork would have no chance in it because it may make the person feel as if their artwork isn't great and can make them feel like not wanting to draw again.

That is how I would feel about it if it happened to me and I am sure that I am not the only one who feels that way about it
