Why would you need too start a new game? You can't make the event or catch it, it's given too you when you connect too wireless internet vi mystery gift but the event is over. ^_^

But you can always get someone too hack it for you or trade for it though.

They are having a event soon for dreamworld where you can friend arceus and get him in-game. He was a fan choice:D

Meh, arceus has never been one of my favorites. Plus, I have him in Diamond from a cheat, haha X3 Hey, sudden thought: Does anybody know what to do with the stones (forgot their names) that you get from those ninja team plasma people after you beat Ghetsis? They're the stones that are held by Dialga and Palkia.

thats it; they have no special value in-game except to be held by the designated pokemon in their description. Some people believe that Nintendo will hold a event for those pokemon but I doubt it I think you can sell them though.
