Katrina used to be a flourishing Utopian Society. Everyone lived long happy lives. Children were schooled and trained to be strong and intelligent men and women. Everything was perfect, or almost perfect, until the Powers came to control. They bombed all of Katrina, sparing no school or home or factory. Many people died, but many more survived, some now wishing that they could trade places with those who died. Then there was the Sorting Day: This was the day when the Powers took over Katrina and sorted us into the factions. Many fit into several, while others only fit into one. Those who didn't fit in were exterminated. Families were torn apart, enemies were made. Once you were separated from your family, friends, etc. you never saw them again.
The Powers are ruthless and cunning. They bend us to do their will, most times without us knowing that they are doing so. We are all under their control. Most can do nothing about it. Some of us can. We all will remember the day they came. The day they ripped us from our homes, tore families apart and grouped us into factions. The smart, the strong, the beautiful... But there is one secret faction that they don't control. The rebels.
Will you be one to defy the powers? Or are you secretly one of them? Will you make it alone in what is now a dystopian society?
RULES (must be read)
1. No perfect characters
2. No power plays
3. No romance between your own characters
4. Be nice to all players
5. Try to keep genders at similar number so that there aren’t too many females or too many males
6. Put Katrina in other if you read the rules even if another rule says not to, put it in
7. Do not post until i have accepted you
8. I can ban/kick people out of this RP if they break rules or are extremely rude/mean/etc.
9. Do not put Katrina in other, also put in the powers
FACTION RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. You may not go out of your factions boundaries
2. You may not be out later than 9:30 p.m.
3. Factions must stay separate, no mixing. A beautiful cannot go amongst the strong or the smart unless they are being transferred there.
4. No rebellion. Rebels with be severely punished.
5. You must follow any orders from someone who is a Power.
6. You must be out of bed by 4:45
7. You must submit to the powers orders
8. Only the beautiful wear really flattering/beautiful clothing, etc. (smart and strong: plainer single clothing, 1 piece bathing suits)
9. No falling in love with someone from a different faction, to avoid mixing genes and creating a possibly faction less child
10. If you are caught out of you bed room after curfew, or aren't out of bed by the alarm/buzzer, punishment may be given.
11. No running away.

All of the decorations and colors vary on the faction they are in and who lives in them/uses them. The strong's dorm has a gym, the beautiful's dorm has a beatuy salon and a pool with tanning chairs, the smart have an academic lab.
