Darktalon purred louder than he ever had. He licked her muzzle. "Thank you."

Jaggedkit nudged her.

She purred nervously then gathered up the courage to ask. "D-do you like me?" she asked her voice shaking a bit, her body stayed still and her eyes still held a soft gaze on Heatedkit.

Heatedkit touched noses with her, unsure of what to say. He looked into her eyes, then blinked.

She let out a soft purr just as her mother used to before she died.
