Agreed.
I own horses. And board them. Right now we own two.
I've eaten horse, and support humane slaughter.
This IS a good debate topic, but too many people tend to freak out and get butthurt about things.
And I feel like you are mainly attacking Bad.(lol yay nicknames. XD)
All they want to know is the answer to a question, no need to go up in flames.

The answer we want isn't on Google.
Spice, you're against animal slaughter. I realize that, and I respect it even if I don't agree with it. What I want to know is what do you think should be done with the horses instead of slaughter? We can't look up your opinion on Google. We can't look up your ideas on Google.
If you're against slaughter, then you have probably thought of an alternative way to take care of those 500,000 horses that rescues simply do not have the room for. Those alternative ways are what I'm interested in.
My personal opinion is that I don't see the need for horse slaughter in the United States. We have plenty of meats to chose from, why add horse to the mix? Does this mean I'm against horse slaughter? No. I've eaten horse, it was actually pretty good. I just don't see the need for another type of meat on the market. If anyone wants to try to explain this to me, feel free either on this thread or through pm.

removing my off topic attempt at humour. Sorry for deviating from the fighting and trying to get people laughing, you guys. Remember, you can't spell Slaughter without Laughter!
Is this better, MitziBetta?
Oh Look, I stole the stamp off Van's signature...

But I can't find out your opinion unless you tell me. I'm not a mind reader, but if you'd like, I can make up your ideas for you.

That wasn't off-topic at all...

You pointing it out is even more off topic, just so you know.
Wolf, I don't know how else to explain it. We can google other people's ideas. We cannot google yours, and that is what we're interested in.
