RARITY
If the sea horse has 1 to 3 colours it's a very common
1 to 3 colours with a 1 complex marking it's a common
1-5 colours with 2-3 complex markings it's a uncommon
if it has 5 - 8 colours with 3 - 5 complex markings It's a rare
