That what I need to survive is not Gale’s fire, kindled with rage and hatred. I have plenty of fire myself. What I need is the dandelion in the spring. The bright yellow that means rebirth instead of destruction. The promise that life can go on, no matter how bad our losses. That it can be good again. And only Peeta can give me that.
Sometimes, someone says something so small, and it just fits right into this empty space in your heart. <3

Kaley fliched slightly when the Child patted her, she didn't expect kindness. When the Child mounted Kaley shifted as the weight,small as it was, was added. The bridle, luckily, was a hackmore (I'm pretty sure thats the kind with out the bit) so it didn't bother her too much. The saddle on the other hand was heavyish and felt awkward. The human directed Kaley to walk forward, and she froze. The anger within her told her to buck and throw her head but she knew that it would cause the Child harm. She tossed her head lightly and then stepped forward. She walked as the child told her too. She walked with her head down, angry at herself for giving in.

Kaley skipped away from the direction the Child wanted her to go in before she stopped and then slowly turned towards where she was directed to go.

Kaley sullenly shifted into a trot. She turned when she was told to but tossed her head often. She also trotted in her roughest and bumpiest trot.
