Kaley saw the slaughter house and shivered with fear. She could smell the death and fear coming from the building. When the humans put the saddle and bridle on her she bucked and tossed her head but they pulled her down and held her head down so she could really move much. Kaley saw that the human child had volunteered to try and break her. Kaley knew she wouldn't be able to hurt the child, it was wrong to hurt foals and the inocent.

[Hazza]

Child patted the horse gently. She slowly mounted and directed Kaley to walk.

Stammer was scared. His siblings were now awake and watching silently to.

Bella stood terrified looking at the slaughter house, a shiver of hate mixed with pain and grief shot up her spine, she backed away from the rope and pulled but it didn't move, she decided to be quiet but wanted to snort and paw "Stammer!" she whispered in his ear, fear in her voice

[Hazza]

Stammer looked at Bella. "Whatever you do don't buck off the girl or your gonna be dead meat. Literally." He said slightly pointing to the slaughter house.

"Oh God please help me!" she said desperatly "what if Kaley does buck her off?!" she asked him fear rising up inside her agian "will she...*gulp* be "dead meat"?" she partly asked him and herself "Kaley...don't do it!" she said to herself this time

[Hazza]

"Kaley has more of a chance then becoming dead meat then all of us. After all, she thinks freedom is more important then life or whatever." Avery said. "No offense, but he is right Bella." Selene said. "The only way you wont be dead meat it if you don't act wild and buck off the girl." Stammer said. Adonis neighed loudly. "You're going to be dead meat if you bail out and run away." Adonis said.

"I know your all right" Bella said quietly while glancing at Kaley, she wanted so bad to run to tell her not to buck off the girl, but she knew she couldn't "oh Kaley...pleeease don't do it." she said pityfully

[Hazza]

"She's a goner." The siblings all said at the same time.

"do NOT think that way!" she turned and said to them "she is smart!" she added "she will do whats right." Bella said asuredly "I hope..." she added quietly "i'm sorry" she said with a pang of hurt in her voice

The horses shook there head. "Don't be sorry sugar and sweetness." Selene said. "Horses defend their friends. It's something in their blood." Avery said. Adonis and Stammer nod silently.
