Cloverpaw smiled up at the older apprentice "great, so now I should try it on you." she purred "right, thornpath?" she turned to her mentor. That is, if I can even get up on my hind legs... she thought sadly, not letting her worry show on her face I just hope I don't mess up too bad in front of lostpaw.

Frosttail smiled. When kits are atleast 6 moons old they can become apprentices and move to the apprentices den. she meowd flicking her tail to the den she went to as an apprentice

Thornpath nodded and stood back. "Let's see it." He purred.

Lostpaw purred and stood, readying himself.

Cloverpaw nodded, her smile Gone and a set look of determination in it's place. She tested her hind leg twice, to make sure it wouldn't give way underneith her, then reared up. On her first try she only stayed up for a short time, but the second time she stayed up long enough to execute the move. She brought her weight down on Lostpaw, a bit harder than he had done to her, but not on purpose.

"Oof!" Lostpaw grunted, grasping the ground with his feet. He straightened up, arching his back. "That's gonna hurt for a while." He purred.

"Good job, Cloverpaw." Thornpath nodded in approval.

Cloverpaw beamed "thank you, but I didn't mean to do it so hard. I couldn't Stay up on my hind legs any more." she purred, looking up at the toms "can we learn another move?"
