He looked at her as if he had forgotten how to talk for a moment "hello" his voice was like a thick growl at first then it faded to his normal voice "Ive been turned down by eight clans, you look like a leader; I need a place to stay, and others to talk to. Don't ask why no one will accept me, id rather it would remain unknown. I'm looking for a second chance, I want to start over, im not the one I used to be anymore."

Sandstar studied the tom quizically for a moment. He wasn't used to being a loner, of that she was certain. He did look like he would make a good warrior. He was perceptive too, to know she was leader, even in her unusally young age.She could see the longing in his eyes, the need to be accepted. "Follow me," she said, flicking her tail. "My name is Sandstar. I am the leader of Dawnclan."

"starclan bless you" he walked next to her, but he kept his distance and stayed slightly behind her, wanting to show both respect and assure her of his loyalty.

Sandstar could smell any certain clan scent on the tom, so that solidified at least part of his story. And he did believe in Starclan, obviously. For some reason, she felt like she really trusted this tom. "So, what is your name?" Sandstar asked.

"my name is Stonewing. If you really want to know what happened, I'll explain it to you; but I'd like to get some rest before I tell you."

Sandstar shook her head. "Tell me in your own time; I won't force it out of you. You can rest as long as you like here," she mewed. She stepped aside. "Here is the camp, Stonewing." She nodded toward a hole in the brambles.

He nodded "thank you, Sandstar." before moving, he took a moment to marvel and study the camp; he seemed more at peace, more relaxed. He headed off To the warriors den rested peacefully for the first time in three seasons.

Amberheart wrapped her tail around her kits.

Rainwhisper appeared in the nursery with a mouse. "Amberheart, if you don't mind, I think I'll sleep in here tonight," he said, glancing quickly at the entrance.
