LIghstar spat something under his breath, before nuzzling Crystalpool's cheek and running to join the fight.

"Ill stay" Badgerfur said, running to the medicine cat den. He checked inside, telling Nightpaw and Jayfur the news.

"I will come out to treat wounds, but Jayfur should stay here so that injured cats who return can be treated" Nightpaw said, sorting her herbs.

Bluestorm's heart sank as he realized there was a whole pack. He hissed, jumping on a collie's back. He raked his claws into its back. The dog let out an agonized whimper, and turned around to bite Bluestorm. Claw it's eye, that will finish it Tigerstar's words whispered in his ear. Bluestorm clawed it's eye and it ran away whimpering. There were still many dogs left though, more than just him and his father could handle.

Tigerclaw yowled, and hurled himself at one of the larger dogs. He raked his claws down the dog's face, and sunk his fangs deep into the dog's shoulder. He gave the dog a final hard kick, and sent it whimpering. Tigerclaw hissed, and slashed his claws across the muzzle of another dog that was coming at him. His amber eyes blazed with rage, as he very strongly resembled his father, Tigerstar.

Ambertail and Flarewhisker took the lead at a fast run, leading the others to the battle sight. When the first dog came in sight, she let out a fierce battle yowl, and flung herself at his, sinking her claws deep into the sides of it's face, then raked them down. She sunk her fangs into the dog's nose, and raked her claws down the front, getting the eyes. It loudly yelped, and ran away, defeated, and furious.

Flarewhisker followed, his emerald green eyes blazing. He hissed, and yowled fearfully, as a dog tackled him, and pinned him to the ground. Flarewhisker hissed, and slashed his claws helplessly on the dog's strong stomach. He yowled, terrified.

Lionclaw let out a fierce yowl, and rammed his head very hard in the dog's ribs that had Flarewhisker pinned. Lionclaw hissed, his ears laid against his head, and raked is claws down the dog's side, then hit the dog with his own side, toppling the dog over onto the ground. Lionclaw hissed angrily, and scratched the dog on the muzzle, sending it into the brush.

Fireheart followed last, and immediately went into battle. He sunk his fangs deep into a dog's throat, knocking the dog to the ground, and pinning him. Luckily, this dog wasn't very big, or strong. Fireheart raked his claws down the dog's stomach.

Nightpaw ran over to help Flarewhisker. She chewed some marigold, spitting it onto his wound. She then rapped it with cobweb, although she did a sloppy job though, but she would fix it later.

Bluewhisker tackled a larger dog, raking his claws across its eyes. Good, Good now now take it out Tigerstar whispered. But the warrior code says not to kill unless- Bluewhisker's train of thought stopped. The warrior code doesn't matter, these dogs are trying to kill your clanmates! Tigerstar hissed. Bluewhisker nodded, he jumped forward and tore at the dog's throat.

Lighstar looked around on the battleground, searching for an opponent. He watched Lionclaw wearily, scared that Lionclaw's old wound would open up.

Icesong saw Lionclaw battling, and although she couldn't interfere now she would if she was needed. Her stomach dropped as a large German shepherd loomed over here.

Crystalpool growled, standing next to her mate.

Redplains' claws slid out as he looked around, not showing his fear.

Seagaze walked blindly through the forest, wondering when she would find something or someone to look for.

Lionclaw quickly padded over to Lightstar. "I never told you something, and I want to, incase I loose this battle." he said, his silver eyes dull. "Starclan came to me in a dream, and told me that I would die in battle, but would be reborn." He told Lightstar, wanting to tell him in case he died in this battle. [Let's say he already told Icesong. ]

Ambertail yowled, and tackled one of the smaller dogs. She hissed, and raked her claws down it's face, scratching it's eyes. She sunk her fangs deep into it's neck, and it ran, bleeding, and blind.

Lightstar looked at his deputy. "I'll see to it that this isn't your last battle" Lighstar said, resting his tail on his mate's shoulder. He looked at Crystalmouth. "Do you wan't to double team an opponent, or do you want to wait here?" Lighstar asked the pretty she-cat.

Nightpaw galloped over to her brother. "Good luck Redpaw!" She said, giving him a quick lick on the ear.

Bluestorm jumped over his sister. "Nice job Ambertail" He congratulated her, and raked his claws against another opponent's face.

Icesong looked at the dog looming over her, it was drooling, and it had an evil glare in it's eyes. She tried to rake her claws against its muzzle, but it leaned in to bite her. She backed up in fear, fear for herself, and fear for her unborn kits. She aimed another sloppy blow at it's muzzle, but it did almost nothing. Icesong had no formal battle training what so ever.

Lionclaw nodded to Lightstar, then looked, seeing Icesong. He yowled, rage filling his silver eyes. He hissed, and bolted. He yowled again, and tackled the German shepherd, grabbing onto it's neck. He hissed, and slashed his claws at it's face, his ears pinned back. He would make this his last battle, to save his mate, and kits, if it came down to that. He yowled in pain as the shepherd bit down on his side. Lionclaw sunk his fangs into the german shepherd's shoulder, his silver eyes glowing with fury.

Icesong hissed at the beast. She wouldn't allow this dog to take her mates life. Lionclaw was the only cat Icesong really loved. She raked her claws against it's side with a powerful blow. It staggered backwards, but wasn't hurt very bad. It only barked with anger.

Lionclaw yowled, and raked his claws down the shepherd's face, making the dog even angrier. The dog snarled, and sunk it's canines into Lionclaw's scruff, and pinned him down hardly. Lionclaw yowled in pain, his silver eyes glowing with anger. He was pinned down on his stomach, his chin to the dirt. Lionclaw tried constantly to push the shepherd off of him, but it wouldn't budge.

Lightstar saw his deputy in distress. Screw the pride of BlazeClan cats, I'm helping my deputy Lighstar thought. As he ran forward at full speed, headbutting into the large shepherd. The dog staggered backwards. It let out a bark before clutching Lighstar in it's mouth. Lighstar hissed and spat, trying to wriggle free. The dog clamped down, sinking it's rows of teeth into an already weakened from fighting, Lighstar.Lighstar's vision got blurry, and he felt dizzy. Something happened and the dog dropped him.

Bluestorm slashes his unsheathed claws against the German shepherds stomach. He then rolled underneath it, raking his claws against it's stomach. It was still alive, and well though. How can it be practically uninjured? Bluestorm murmured with frustration.

Nightpaw ran up to Lighstar as quick as she could, chewing the marigold and putting it in his wounds. He was badly wounded, one more blow, even a small one would kill him. She wrapped it tightly with cobweb. She looked around, most of the dogs had fleed or been killed, but the larger ones remained. She grimaced.
