Entry Sixteen

Now what did he call himself? Oh, right. A 'WereVampDog'.
Oh my gosh, JDT. I just don't know what to do. I really do care about Ash. I care about him a lot, actually. But I'll admit.
I'm kinda scared.

But anyways. It's Saturday and I'm eating dinner right about now. You'll never believe who called me today. It was my ex-friend, Moon. Now why on Earth would Moon want to talk to me? After the way they had treated me I was sure they'd never want to see me again. But the conversation went something like this. Moon is in green.

"Hey there, Kylie. Like, are you free today? I was thinking we could go see a movie or something."
Did she forget all about what happened between us? "Moon. What in the world are you talking about? I thought you didn't like me anymore."
Well I'm sorry about that. I don't know what got in to me."
I sighed. "What's the real reason you're calling me?"
"Because I need to get you away from the freak-of-a-boyfriend, Ash!"

I ended the call as soon as those words were out of her mouth. If was officially official. I hated her guts. No friend of mine would talk down about my boyfriend like that. Especially when they didn't know him. Alright, yes he does dress differently. That doesn't make him a bad person, now does it? Why no. No it does not.

I practically threw the phone across the room. I sighed and ran out the door. I didn't care I didn't have a car. I just ran for awhile. I eventually just stopped and sat down on a bench in the park. Moon's calling me brought back a flood of memories. Memories I'd built a dam to contain. So I sat there, in the middle of the park, crying like a little baby. LIKE A LITTLE BABY.

Soon enough my sobs were tearless. I had cried all I was going to for a while. I got up and walked back home. Things went slowly and quietly for the rest of the day.

Entry Seventeen

Oh wow JDT. Wow. I am officially out of school for the year. How sweet is that?
My entire break is in front of me. I bet I'll spend it all with Ash, though. That'll make my dad mad.
Or I might hang out with Stream. She's a new friend. That's her picture up there.
Allow me to explain.

At lunch today, this girl came up to Ash and I. She set her tray down and asked if she could sit with us. I told her she could. Here's how the conversation went. She's in blue. Ash is in red.

"Hi there! Is it alright if maybe I sat with you guys today? You seem to be good people."
"Erm, sure. I guess."
"Thanks! I'm Stream. What are you guy's names?"
"Kylie."
"Ash."
"I like those names. Ugh, mine is so plain! When I was younger I really really liked my name but then I met all these people with really cool names. When I'm old enough I'm totally going to change my name."
Me and Ash looked at each other. He took the words from my mouth. "So why are you over here with us...?"
"Oh, well you guys seemed kinda cool. And my other friends are total jerkwads. You two seemed to be really nice so I thought I'd hang out over here. Like, can we be friends?"
"Uhm. Sure..."
She smiled brightly. "Awesome! So, like..." And she just kept talking.

So apparently I made a new friend. What else happened today? Oh yeah. I punched Britney in the face. She told me that Ash was a freak like me. So I punched her. The end. My life really need to pick up. Even with a WereVampDog for a boyfriend, life is pretty lame.

I think you've misunderstood. You know how we get out of school for the summer break? Me and my friends have always called it 'getting out for the year'.
