Hello people,
I'm sorry for my inactivity but I'm always very busy with my real life.
I'm so sorry for your Rat izzyisme, I hope you feel better as soon as possible.
It seems that the bad luck stopped finally around here, I found a owner for one of my babies, well, not a baby anymore, he's 4 months already and I couldn't find a home until today, so I put him up for adoption last month and finally found a great owner, I had some people trying to get him, but they were not what I was looking for, so, I was kinda sad because I couldn't find a home, really.
And...guess what? I found another good home for another female Hamster I still have up for adoption, with 4 months as well, born 2 days after the male's litter.
So, I'm pretty happy right now, but I still have another female, which is the last one from August / September litters.
Oh! And the vet (and me) think that my Hamster (the one that didn't got pregnant the first time) is finally pregnant and if so they will born in 1-2 days, so, it means...tomorrow probably, can't wait!

Oh, and for the cage I would advise Savic indeed, I love the Cambridge model, I use 3 different bin cage models, but mainly the 1m X 65cm model for the Syrians or whole litters until the 45th day (sorry if you don't understand...but that's basically the biggest bin you can get) and I use the 65cm X 40cm model for the Hamster that are up for adoption or sale, since they will not live there forever but it's still big compared to some expensive cages and the 80cm X 58cm for the Campbells , but still love Savic and have some Cambridges myself, one of them is really old, the first cage I bought in my life, so, around 10 years ago, the cage is still fine and it's accessories are pretty fine and still looking like if they were new.
I wouldn't advise any cage with tubes, mainly if your Hamster is a Syrian Hamster, the worst cages (that I know about and already had or had experience with them) in my opinion are Crittertrail Revolution and Habitrail OVO.
I added a link to my signature, there are a lot of photos of my Hamsters.
