Mason rubbed his neck and paced. "God. I don't want to ask for the help of that scum."

Hunter shrugged "you were in front of her."
Lyra laughed.

Jake stood up and brushed himself off, "Doesnt mean you need to chuck the string at me."

mason smiled. He looked outside and felt a tugging in his gut. He winced bending over a bit and he looked up a bit painfully as he said "Agreed. Let's go tell him."

Lilac nods and puts his arm over her shoulder, in seconds they stood in front of Jake "well hiya Jakey..." she sneered darkly, an unfriendly air to her.
Hunter sbrugged and walke away.

Mason moaned at the sudden movement a twist in his stomach occuring.

Jake jumped back at the sudden appearance of lilac. He backed up slowly not liking the tone of her voice and hkw dark the air seemed to get as he watched warily, "Hi lilac..." he trailed off.

Lilac swallowed the urge to strangle jake and took a deep breath "we need you to keep mason human for just a while longer.."
Lyra looked frm lilac to jake confused "huh?"

thorn shrugged and unwraped a sucker then stuck it in her mouth

Mason clutched his stomach and moaned falling to sit on the couch.

Jake sighed and ran a hand through his hair as he said "I can only keep him human for 45 minutes, an hour if I pass out after."
