Feathers could see the look on Tallia's face, even if she tried to hide it, she could feel the cold, sad feelings wafting off of her. She reached over and resting a hand gently on the girl's shoulder. "There is someone out there who want's you who's looking for you. They lost you or they have yet to find you, but they're out there and all you have to do is look." She said with a warm little smile, hoping she could cheer the girl up. Feather's had never had a real family, but she couldn't help but look on Tallia on a little sister almost.[/i][/center]

Tallia Amshaw

"I don't know anyone that would want to be around me. I'm a misery, and nobody seems able to stay around me for more than an hour or so before they hate me. This is the first conversation more than two words that I've had in over a year." Tallia couldn't help but point out that little fact. Somewhere inside herself she wanted to believe what Feathers had said, but her mind just wouldn't let her right now. She was a lonely girl, she knew it, and she found it hard to think that there would be anyone out there that she hadn't already met who could possibly want to be around her. The closest thing she had to a friend was a person she had just me, the one that was sitting in the tree with her. Maybe this was her chance to be a person, a real person. People had friends, and she didn't, but perhaps now she could. So in a way, she was cheered up a bit. She didn't smile, but at least she wasn't on the verge of crying anymore.

Callista watched the Master for a little bit more, waiting for his response. She only nodded in understanding. "I hope everything turns out alright with you two," she said. True, she didn't know what had gone on between the two, but she could still offer some sort of reassurance. "Well..we should go..." she said, turning to leave.

Feathers look up at the sky for a moment, it looked like more than an hour, but she had never had to judge time till she came here and she was still terrible at it... that and numbers. She looked to Tallia giving her what she hoped was a friendly smile. She really like the girl, she was the only person who didn't throw her sideways glances and whisper mean things about her. "Well you've been talking to me for more than an hour so that definitely isn't true." she said happily, still staring up at the starry sky through the tangle of branches, it was so pretty up there. She loved the constilations, she felt like she was back home except for the lack of animals...

Will gave the Master a little bow as he returned to his desk and Will walked out the door. He held it open for Cal as they left, Aurora storming in and almost knocking Cal over. Will had never liked the girl, she was too much like her Head, and he found Aldra rather frightening especially the way she acted to the Master. "So..." Will asked, closing the door behind them "What do you want to do know?" he asked, he didn't want to go back to the wall's yet, not with the chance another golum would go haywire.

Sorrin
Sorrin looks back down from the sky as Sijac begins to speak of the stars, listening to her with interest as she describes her beliefs. Though it seems as though her sadness is a bit infectious, as he sighs quietly when she is done. "Everywhere that is, except in Under Dark... I had never seen the sky, or anything like this until just earlier this year when I escaped. The closest thing we have down there is the occasional troop of glow worms..." He finishes quietly, wishing that his parents had taken the time to teach him something beautiful like that, something to hold on to besides his own self reliance. Shaking his head to push away the dark thoughts, he continues. "Ah, but it doesn't matter. It sounds like you grew up with them, Sijah. So where are you from?"

Jordan
Jordan reaches the hallway that leads to the Master's office just as Will and Callista are leaving, and he sees the hem of Aurora's robe disappear into the room. He stops then, shaking his head a bit to himself with a sigh and he looks up to the other two young wizards. "Seems as though the Master is having a hard day." He comments, not really expecting an answer but at the same time glad to have someone else to talk to.

Cal followed behind Will, stepping aside as Aurora stormed into the room, stumbling slightly, though she righted herself. She glanced over her shoulder, looking at the wizard who was very much like her head. Poor Master, she thought silently, frowning. She turned her attention to Will when he began speaking, shaking her head. "I'm not exactly sure. It's not like any place in this tower is safe...and there isn't much to do in my room." Hearing someone else's voice, Callista turned her head to the owner of it, and nodded at his comment. "He looks very...distraught. And tired."

Sijach gave a little sigh when he asked the question of where she was from, it wasn't one many people bothered to ask. Everyone knew where the black head's favourite came form though there were many stories circulating about her being his lost daughter or being a demon he had summon from the abyss to do his bidding. They of course were all false, but they made people afraid of her so she didn't mind them to much. "I came form the Sandsea, it's a desert with a huge body of salt water in its center. I was raised as an assassin their. Trained since I was eight years old." she said coolly, most people would be astonished by they story, but it wasn't the strangest one you could find here.

Will watched as Aurora stormed, in the girl seemed angry over something, but the blues, at least the higher ones were always mad about something. "Like mother like daughter." he muttered, not meaning it in a literal sense, they had no relation but Aldra and Aurora both had the same short temper and angry way of expressing it. He looked back to Jordan "He's been stressed out. I think his sanity might be hanging by a thread." he chuckled, thinking of the poor master.

"Well, I suppose you're the only person that can stand me then." Tallia was happy that she had found someone that could stand her, but even though nobody here had any idea who she really was. She had found a friend, if that was what you could call them. "Why do you look at the stars so much?" She asked, noticing that Feathers was looking at the sky again. There must be something she saw that was interesting about them.

She stood up soaked and cupped her hand, dipping them into the water and taking a drink. She continued to walk. She knew she was different, first of all she could have bird like wings second she could do magic.

Zach took out his sketch book and started drawing. He drew a picture of a tree, then grass and then little flowers. Zach loved nature and animals, that's what he drew in his spare time or any time for that matter. He smiled as he drew.

Sorrin
Sorrin looks on with interest as Sijach tells her story. Hearing it for the first time, and having no pre-conceived notions of what it means to be an over-worlder, he simply accepts it for what it is. Assuming that perhaps all people begin training for their trades at a young age, as assassins are not uncommon in the Dark. Beyond that, Sorrin really only has the faintest notion of what a 'desert' is or what it would mean to grow up in one. Thus, he smiles to her as best he can as she finishes, nodding his acceptance. "Sounds like a very interesting life... Did the wizards come to Sandsea and take you away, like they seem to do with so many others?" He asks, the question truly innocent, yet that is hardly an excuse for such a brash statement.

Jordan looks between the other two wizards, absently wringing his hands. "Yeah, well it's about to get a lot worse I'm afraid..." He says, in a bit of a distant sounding voice. I suspect that even if this was the best day of his life, he would barely remember it by the time Aurora is through with him.

With a sigh, Jordan visibly shakes himself out of his thoughts, and actually looks at the pair in front of him. Deciding to try and take his mind off of things, he tries to engage them in a bit of conversation. "So, what brings you two up here to see the Master at this time of day?" He asks, not realizing that coming from someone so much older it might sound like an accusation.

"It's not the stars its the way of looking at them." Feathers said softly. She could remember those calm, warm summer nights in the forest. She would climb to the top of the tree and watch as the stars blinked to life and she tried to give them names and make pictures with them. They were always so pretty, always shining bright in the sky. "I always used to look through the trees at the stars above, it's not a tradition I plan on breaking here." She said softly, smiling up at the sky again. The sweet memories filling her, she wished she could be back there, with the animals were the world had been so right.

Sijach gave a rye chuckle, still looking up at the stars above them. She hadn't come here by chance, just terrible judgement and a good measure of bad luck. "Good gods no." she said, starting to laugh slightly. When the head had tracked into her magic her mind hadn't completely sustained in the process, there were times when she seemed slightly insane, and then there were times when she was an all out nut job. "I was sent here to murder the leader of the black order... it didn't exactly go as planned." she said with a sly smile, leaning back against the trunk of a tree. She was eager to see Sorrin's reaction, most white robes freaked out at her, this would be entertaining.
