I keep hearing people say the phrase "I can take it to pm" for romance rps. What does this mean?

This more than likely means that they could be going into explicit romantic scenes and should be reported as that is against CS rules.

Yes.
If roleplayers are having their characters kissing and then suddenly say we'll go to pm,
that's a red flag that they could be doing something that isn't appropriate.
Anything that goes against CS rules of the forum and against the explicit roleplay rules that is in the forums should be reported as well.

Some rp say that you can't be your own crush,mate,wife,husband, etc.But some rps don't so is it a rule that they just forgot to put down or is is chosen by the role play creator.

I love these rules. I was in a roleplay, quite awhile ago. And the owner was major power playing.

They made one character live and be stuck with a tribe or be sent away and not be healed so die trying to find it's pup.
The pup was locked in a 'unbreakable steel cage' without any chance of rescue, even the RPers own characters could not get her out.

It was brought up and the owner got really upset and quite annoyed that 2 others were agreeing. I posted saying things that seemed like they were power-playing.

@esrrockergirl: That is a choice of the RP creator whether to add that rule or not. All rules except the site rules are ones that are optional. Someone could make a rule that the word 'purple' had to be in every single one of your posts. It would be weird, but it could happen. Also, it is not a good idea to play your characters own crush/mate/etc. because then your characters are interacting with other characters.

would it be against the rules for a character (of any kind) get drunk or have a beer. If they did get drunk I know you wouldn't be allowed to make them do anything inappropriate. but can they have a drink?

You might want to get a Mod's view on this, but here's my two cents. This site is striving for a PG rating. (I say PG, because sooooo many of the PG-13 elements are restricted that, yes, this site could be rated PG.) So based on Wikipedia's ranking system ( Click ) I'm going to say the following:

Drunkenness would likely not be acceptable. However if your character is over the age of 21 I do not see any reason why they could not have a drink. However the mentions of alcohol should be brief or non-important to the plot. I do not see any reason why a character in a medieval fantasy RP (for example) could not walk into a tavern and have an ale with his meal. PG allows for brief mentions of smoking, mild violence, and a few racial insults (not allowed here BTW) so I don't see any problem with having having mild drinking.

Would this be allowed? So I'm making a wolf RP, and a previous leader forced a wolf to be his mate, so I know thats force mating, but in the actual RP those two are long dead.
