Sesshomaru returned from hunting and hoped back onto his rock in the center of camp. He laid down, licking his chops as he did so. His shoulder was a lot looser now that he had done some running and work. It would probably stiff up again tomorrow morning, but should go back to normal afterwards. He pricked his ears forward, having to turn his head to be able to keep an eye on the wolves around him since he was now half blind. The disability would take some getting used to, but Sesshomaru would manage. The great white brute huffed.

Karin:

"Yes Alpha." Karin said, bowing her head. She couldn't let these pups alone. If one of them got hurt, she would be the one to pay for it. As soon as Triant left, she sighed walking further to the nursery. The herbs that Sara gave her kinda looked bitter. She took some and ate them, saying "Yuck!" as she had swallowed them. Now she had pups, something that she wanted innerly. It weren't her own however, it felt weird to suddenly take care of them. She laid down and let the pups suckle at her, at least as far as they wanted. Kite was not going to do it. "You know, if you don't eat you will die an early dead. You will never see your parents again." she said, grinning. Now she was really teasing a pup, how low has she gotten. She even knew that Kites parents were dead, she still was giving him hope.

Key and Luna:

Luna knew that she sounded strong but wasn't in fact. She would someday though. It was just not the right time yet. Pipers words have hurt her, since she was missing their mother the same. It was just that she wasn't as babaric and kill other pups that weren't fortunate just to be happy herself. She did have some sympathy for the little pups. Luna growled at Sara snapped at her. "Why are you telling me that? I didn't do anything! Piper was the one who....." she stopped, feeling that she should stop this argument. She stomped angerly into the den, searching for the marigold. She was angry but she knew that Sara was the only healer for now so she was the only one who could save Zeth. Her brother somehow understood her but why did those two, Luna and Piper, always seeming to compete against each other? Luna wanted to be strong and kind but failed yet at doing so. Piper on the other hand seemed a bit egoistic but it was understandable, they still wanted their mom after all. And now those three little ones had stolen her away. It did make him angry but he was good at keeping it for himself and not showing it. Key soon turned around and began getting the cowebs.

Kite:

Kite growled lowly at Zeth when she told a story like that. It was as if she was teasing him. It made him feel unwanted and stupid. After Karin had carried him over to the nursery however, he quite growling. He was just plainly staring. So now a new female was going to take care of him? He didn't want to accept anyone as his nursing mother. But it was slowly getting colder and a icy wind was blowing. How much he hated the warmth, he still needed to warm up one way or another so he curled up at Karins belly and began sleeping. At least if the other pups wouldn't disturb him.

Sara saw they hate in Pipers eyes and sighed before nodding, "Allright...Karin will be taking care of them and I of you two, Piper and Salem so you don't have to worry. But now you four must be hungry right?" The fluffy furred snowy Herbalist looked through the herbs Karin had brought her earlier that day and grabed the familiar borage leafs befo chewing them up and swallowing the bitter herb. She pulled Luna and Key to her belly to nurse and then glanced at Piper and Salem,"Come on then. You both need your strength too you know. After I will show you how to care for infections like your mothers."
Sara looked at Zeth, "Karin and I have decited to divide the pups care up and both of us can feed them with this herb. I will take Salem, Piper, Luna and Key and teach them too eat meat as well. Karin will take Peonix and Circe and Kite....you must focus on getting well again."

Luca left Kierra and startd todivy up hunting and boar patrols. If they could find any prey around the camp still then that would only be ten times better...in addition to making the long trek to fallow the moving herds. He walked over to Inuyasha and thought for a minute before flicking his tail. At the signal several other wolves stood and left to wait outside the camp enterence. Then the Beta turned his attention back towards the new wolf, "Since Nilah has tasked me with keeping an eye on you, we are doing a quick boarder sweep. But first I must speak with Nilah. Gather some other wolvesmand wait by the enternce to the camp.", Luca instructed before heading for Nilah. He dipped his head,"Nilah, I would like to talk to you about an urgent matter."

Kierra snorted and limped off. she flickd her tail, and went to go get the dried blood of the Red Howler scum off her pelt. The fae, didn't like being useless. She hated being hurt anyway, but she was greatful of Luca's sense of care. She contiued limping toward the stream to drink, and have some peace and quiet, alone. She lficked her tail again, and kept on.

Coraline
Coraline looked at him and then pawed at his face, smiling a bit. They were still alone but she knew, now that it was over, they should get to the pack once more. She didn't need the pack freaking out epically because they were gone. She smiled and said, "Come on, thug, lets go..." She sometimes called him thug whenever she was in a good mood. She looked around and sniffed the air, able to smell the pack...

Triant/Alpha/Red Howlers

Triant smirked and nipped at her paw chuckling. Even though they were alone he felt that the whole pack was watching them, it felt odd but he shook it off. Rolling his eyes at Cora's comment he followed outside to where eveing was fast approaching. Yawning Triant let his amber eyes wander and with new found spirit leaped down to the forest floor. The thought of soon having pups to train gave him a new feeling. The food pile was low which reminded him of what he had Cora had earlier discussed, lifting his muzzle he howled for attention from everywolf and stood in the middle of the clearing. Following the elk herds was the best bet of staying alive, but the feeling nagged at him of leaving the den site unguarded... what if Nilah strode in and took it over? He snorted what did it matter come spring the Howlers would return fit and strong while Nilah's group would be sick and weak enough for him finally to kill them all.

Coraline
Coraline looked at him and followed him to the pack, looking around. "The food is low... We need to move soon before we deplete the forest of what is left..." She said as she looked around, finding a few feas looking their way. Coraline instantly pricked her ears and lifted her head up high and rose her tail, setting herself in a dominate way. The feas instantly slunk off. She looked around and walked to the food pile, nudging it and huffing. The food was completely old and thin... she snorted and walked to the pack and made sure the feas and brutes who weren't doing a thing where suddenly preoccupied with work.

Cira could feel her brother beside her, his head resting against her back and breathing evenly. Their other brother was not doing so well and was in the herbalist den until he was better. He was smaller than Cira and Pheonix almost like a runt and Sara was deeply worried. Like Pheonix, Cira was growing little by little everyday. She showed promise to be a great fighter and hopefully Triant would train her as such. Cira sighed blinking her silver eyes watching the outside as Karin lay behind them. "Pheonix...why don't they play with us, did we do something wrong?" she asked quietly feeling him get up and go to the entrance. She was just as bored as he was and even though he liked Pheonix it wasn't much fun to play just with him.... she wanted to play with the other too.

Cira also missed Zeth but she knew one thing, Zeth was not her mother.... Cira and Pheonix smelled differently than the fae and she could tell that Zeth treated her different because she didn't cuddle or lick them as much as she remebered. Back when Cira and Pheonix were still blind she could sense a differcence in her mother than from Zeth. Her mother smelled of the wind... the white stuff she learned as snow, and pine... the pine scent like after a rainfall. All there was here were oaks and maples. Cira flicked her gray ears and curled into a ball slightly feeling unwanted.

Zeth
Zseth, barely having gained any strength back, forced herself to her feet. She walked over to the pups that were not her own. She looked at them and sat down, the nasty wound was still infected and she was bony. She looked at Cira and said, "Hello, young one... Would you like to take a walk? I could tell you a story and teach you where the best spots are for small amounts of food..." She muttered, weary and weak. She had a job to do... and maybe if Triant or Coraline saw this, they would spare her.... She looked at Kite and nudged him, trying to wake him. "Would you like to join me?" She had ignored the need to heal, knowing that if she did not heal in a weeks time, she would be killed... at least like this she could get someone to get her food...
