"Hmm, you have a point," she licked his chest, "I'll try and get some rest," she replied and shook herself. The light grey she-cat curled up and closed her eyes, feeling Risingspirit's warmth near her.

Risingspirit envied her ability to sleep soundly. His sister Violetkit tormented him every night with something different. She made it miserable to sleep.

Dovewing could feel a different cat. It was a she-cat. She glowed white, almost shimmering, but she recognized her scent. She narrowed her eyes.
"Who-Who are you?" she asked to the she-cat. The glowing white cat laughed a little.
"Did you not know? I am Blizzardflower, your mother, Dovewing," she replied sweetly. Dovewing's eyes widened.
"Blizzardflower? Your... dead?" she mewed.

Her mother moved closer towards Dovewing. She nuzzled her.
"Yes. I am. Me and Panthervenom had to abandon you and your two brothers because of the rogues. They would of killed you easily if we carried you with us," she said sadly. Dovewing knew of her two dead brothers. Panthervenom must of been her father. Blizzardflower carried on.
"A rogue. He was dark and had one white paw. He wore a collar with dogs teeth on it. He was the one who killed me," she sighed and looked into Dovewing's eyes.
"I'm so sorry," she mewed in reply.
