MY MIND EXPLODED ;A; I swear these things are dangerous!! They get more beautiful all the time!!! I must put all my efforts into this writing, I cannot let these Ahzenai down!

2. How much time do you spend on CS?
It varies from day to day, but usually at least 5-6 hours if not more.

3. How much time do you need to write an intro/acceptance?
On a good day, 10-15 minutes for a short one (like this), and upwards of 30 minutes for like a 5 paragraph, unimaginably detailed intro. On a bad day, roughly an hour or a little more. I'm an avid writer.

4. Your intro for the two:

The vortex had been slow the past few days, swirling lazily as if it was any normal summer afternoon. Then, at what seemed to be a gradual evolution fom a pastel blurr to a sea of black and white, the colors seemed to fight for dominance in the limited space of the vortex. Suddenly, as if manifesting from the shadow of the vortex itself, a sleek onyx Ahzenai stalked from her prison, her body covered in strange white tribal markings. The deep blue of her element swirled slowly around her as Valcyon moved up to his perch. "Nychta!" Valcyon announced, the female Ahzenai raising her head. She looked at Valcyon, then at the crowd of suitors who were watching her with hungry eyes. "I suppose you're all here for a companion," she said, more as an irritated statement than a question.

After the birth of Nychta, white had it's time in the throne, the vortex seeming to have become an endless void of white. After a moment the neutral tones began to take their hold again and, as if retreating from the oncoming colors, a white Ahzenai leapt from heart of the vortex, landing softly on the sand next to his sister. The black female growled at him, her lip raising just enough to show the tips of her long, sharp canines. "Iroas!" Valcyon announced, the blue plasma of his element highlighting his pure white coat and black tribal markings. His vibrant blue eyes glared at his sister briefly before turning to the crowd of suitors. "Hello," he greeted them. "I am Iroas, and am willing to look for a companion if anyone in interested in having me. Show me what you have to offer!" He seemed to purr; Nychta merely scoffed. "And I as well," she said. "As long as it's far away from him," she finished as she stalked off down the beach, her harsh golden eyes glaring at him one last time.

Your intro for the two:

Not long after the newest Ahz had decided on a companion, the vortex came to life once more. The light turned whiter than usual, and soon flashes of gold pierced through it. The occasional black stripe hinted at the basic design of the incoming Ahzenai long before the slender white paw made its appearance. It was followed by a very elegant Ahzenai, who carefully regarded the gathered suitors with cool blue eyes. "Hudson!" The white Ahzenai dipped his head regally in acknowledgement of Valcyon's introduction, his eyes on the suitors. Without a word, he leaped onto a high perch, his tail wrapping around his paws. Lifting his muzzle, he stared down imperiously at the gathered suitors. "Ah, my lovely subjects! At last, your king has arrived. I may chose to travel with one of you, however you must prove yourselves worthy of the presence of a king!" Settling down, the elegant feline began his wait for one who was worthy. During the brief silence that followed, the vortex came to life once more.

This time, the base color of the light was dark, laced with flashes of white. A deep tan graced the edges of the light. Hudson huffed as he watched a female Ahzenai step- no, slink- out of the vortex, her eyes darting back and forth. "Amaria!" At the sound of her name, the dark Ahzenai hissed in annoyance and leaped into the trees. Hudson rolled his eyes as he watched the sneaky Ahzenai, his opinion of her obvious by his curled lip. Keeping to the shadows cast at the edge of the forest, Amaria padded along the outskirts of the suitors, her eyes dancing over them. "This should be easy. So many trinkets to steal. They wont miss them. Wont miss them at all." Pausing, the female began to scan the crowd for a good target. "So many trinkets, so many wonders. So many easy targets. Easy targets." Lowering herself to the ground, the female began to slink closer to the suitors, her eyes glittering with her intentions.

2. How much time do you spend on CS? Quite a bit. I am on pretty much every single day for at least a couple hours, usually more.

3. How much time do you need to write an intro/acceptance? Usually not that long. If you saw my intro stuff for Perse, that really didn't take that long. As long as I'm not distracted, I can whip something like an intro up in maybe twenty minutes or so, depending on how inspired I feel. Acceptances will be shorter, since the Ahz's personality has already been developed.

4. Your intro for the two:

Iapedus (M) and Imerava (F)

Ahzen was bustling. The vortex, normally quiet and calm, was different today. It swirled in jet black, sparks of white and gold appearing once in a while, only to get mixed back in to the darkness. The vortex had been this way for too long, and it was beginning to bore the bystanders. Shuffling their feet, humans and Ahzenai alike gathered into a group before the wild vortex, whispering excitedly between them.
Suddenly, the vortex flashed a blinding white, and an Ahzenai with a white pelt to match it popped out, landing gracefully before the crowd. Behind her, the vortex continued to swirl in jet black. She dipped her head in greeting, then sat back, curling her tail gently around her paws. She surveyed the crowd silently, taking in everything with her bright blue eyes.
Valcyon stood up upon his perch, looking down upon the crowd. "Imerava," he called.
Imerava looked up, surprised. Upon seeing Valcyon, she relaxed a little, then coughed softly, clearing her throat. “Hello,” she said. Her voice was quiet and soft, and she almost sounded like she was singing. “I am Imerava, and I am seeking a companion. I would prefer to be with a small group of maybe three or four,” she said, gazing at the crowd. “I love to make music and–“
She was cut off abruptly as a black streak shot from the vortex and landed in front of her.
“Fear not, my damsel, Iapedus is here for you!” A black Ahzenai stood proudly in front of Imerava, facing the crowd.
Imerava jumped up in shock and slid backwards. “Um, I’m…”
“No excuses, my lovely,” Iapedus said, spinning around to face the white Ahzenai. “I will solve all your problems.”
“But, I….” Imerava attempted.
“No buts, dear.” Iapedus began to strut towards Imerava, a smile on his face.
Imerava backed up against the wall and as Iapedus approached, she pushed off the wall and jumped over him, running through the crowd.
‘Wait!” Iapedus called. He stopped abruptly as he noticed the large crowd of people. “Oh, hello,” he said, eyeing the females in the audience. “Come and get me,” he called, winking. “I will be right here if you need me.” He sat down, and cleared the dust with his tail, lying back against a rock. He patted the ground next to him with a paw, eying the crowd pointedly.
Behind the crowd, Imerava lay down, keeping an eye on Iapedus. “Oh, and please,” she called to the crowd. “No one like that, if you can help it.”

2. How much time do you spend on CS?
Often. I'm usually on here really early in the morning, at 5 am eastern time, until 6:10am. Then I leave for school. When I get back, I'm on usually from 4 to 9pm, which is when my laptop locks me out from the internet. So I'm on for a good most of the day. On weekends, I'm on most of the time. I do have to keep up my real life, so there are times when I won't be on. But for the most part, you can expect me to be online.

3. How much time do you need to write an intro/acceptance?
Not long. Probably only a few 10 minutes or so. I tend to do short, quick entries, but I really enjoy details. In this, I'll probably take a little more time. Probably 5 to 10 minutes more.

4. Your intro for the two:


The vortex sparked, and the people turned, eyes widening with excitement and curiosity. The emotions were practically palpable in the air. Valcyon turned his head, raising an eyebrow. Something was different. Something was off with the vortex. It's size increased until it was the size of a small bonfire within Ahzen. The color throughout it clashed, as if a great war was going on within. Black and white melded together, as if the two opposing forces were slowly becoming one.

Swirls danced throughout the vortex, varying shades of black, brown, and tan that seemed to shift and shimmer with subtle movement. Like water flowing over rocks in a small stream. Then the vortex slowly collapsed in size, and from within, two Ahzen opened their eyes and stepped forth.

One was a beautiful shade of white, a soft deer hide yellow rippling over her back and ending at the base of her tail. Soft patches appeared on the tip of her tail, ankles, and face. What caught every attention in the room though, was her startling blue eyes that blinked slowly at them. Her silver horns glimmered in the light from the vortex, the black swirls and patterns upon her body seeming to fade into nothing, then reappear.

Beside her, a black Ahzenai sat, his amber eyes watching his twin with a fierce protectiveness. He licked his tawny gold paw, the tip of his tail twitching slightly. Similar to his sister, he had swirling patterns upon his body, reaching across his back and spiraling down his tail, only to end before reaching the tip. His curled, silver horns gleamed beside his sisters. Where hers seemed more to resemble elegance though, his seemed more to have a dangerous spark to them.

The blue elements upon their backs twisted and shifted, the plasma flaring brilliantly upon her's while the gas seemed to mold around his, dodging this way and that. The female sighed, glancing over at her brother. "I guess it's time." She said, rubbing her head against his shoulder. Despite her cool demeanor, a ripple of nervousness went through her. Her bigger counterpart purred and licked her forehead, trying to soothe her. "Indeed. Don't worry.It'll go fine." He said quietly, a deep and ancient intelligence lurking within his voice.

They looked towards Valcyon. He bowed his head to the two fraternal twins. "Ahzen! I ask that you welcome our two newest Ahzenai! Leander and Dike!" He called, his voice booming throughout the cavern of Ahzen. The people began to whisper excitedly amongst themselves, their voices almost becoming one as the same thought rippled among them.

Their amazing! Like two twin gods!

Dike giggled as the thought reached her ears. Such a foolish thing to think, and yet she couldn't help but feel proud of her brother. He was, handsome. Swishing her tail and binding it with Leander's own, she turned to him. "Shall we?" She asked, standing up and baring her chest proudly to the onlookers below. Leander sighed stood as well, his form dwarfing hers. "We shall." He responded, dipping his head slightly. The two bounded down towards the humans, who scattered to allow them to pass. The two grinned at one another, a feeling of excitement buzzing through them. No matter how regal Leander appeared, or how lithe and graceful Dike seemed, the two were still young. To them, the world around them flared with brilliant new colors.

The smells wrapped around their bodies, all eagerly inviting the two to take a whiff. The two twins bounded up to a small ledge over top of the stream. While Dike looked around, marveling at all the sights and Ahzenai, Leander looked towards the wooers. "Try and reach us if you can! Then, take a try and answer my riddle!" Leander called. Then, with mischievous glint in his eyes that didn't seem to fit his regal like appearance, he began to chant.

"Blacker than black
Deeper than deep
I sit upon a throne
Of dark cold stone

And beside my hand
Is a flower of white
With a sharp bite
And two hearts of life"

Leander finished with flourish, his tail curling around his sister as her's did the same.

This is fantastic- I woke up to my new, cynical Modus, and a chance to write intros for 2 of the loveliest Ahz I have ever seen. x3
