So is Chibitalia and China aru. Believe it or not, a lot of guys in anime are voiced by girls, in Japanese and English. ^^ But a lot of times you wouldn't know unless you looked it up, because your eyes see men so it puts that image in your head, not really registering the voice. I guess it has to do with relying on your eyes more than your other senses. I mean, for some it's obvious (Chibitalia for example) but for others like China, if he didn't look like a woman, then most wouldn't have known the voice actor was a girl. -shrug- I dunno, it's just a theory.

They actually had to deepen the voice actors voice so it fit better, it's not her actual voice.

Romano had the disease Choreia as a child, and that it played a part in his clumsiness. Spain attempted to heal him by making him dance the Tarantella; South Italy appeared to recover from the disease, whether due to those efforts or not.
