I hope I don't step out of line by saying this, but I'd like to remind everyone of the "comment on others art when posting your own" rule. Even if you don't think you could help them with anything I'm sure that everyone would love a comment every now and then^^'.

orange.c y r u s♥, oh that is a nice anthro^^. I think it looks very lovely as it is, there are just a few proportions looking slightly off which I don't think I could improve by redlineing (but if you really want I could try^^'.). Mainly I think the legs are looking a bit short, the distance between where the legs start and the heels should be approximatly as long as the distance from where the legs start to the top of the head. The hanging arm also looks a bit short, but it's hard to tell since I can't really see where the hand is^^. I never draw plantigrade anthro myself, but I think the feetpaws you made are among the cutest plantigrade dog paws I've ever seen, really great jobb on them. Oh and I really like the hand, it looks just perfect^^. All in all it's a beautiful drawing and great as an anthro reference^^.

Atomic Blue, I find it pretty amazing how you can express so much emotion eventhough most of teh face is covered by the mask and hair, but those eyes are speaking for themselves. I love the hands you have sketched out, I wish I could draw hands at all but you make them look perfect when they are just blocks, incredible.

Cherry~Chess, welcome to the Army, I hope you'll like it here. I'm new here myself^^.
Your little drawing and it's expression are adorably cute . The eyes seem to be slightly different sized, the animals right eye is bigger than the other. I see that you made the pawpads shaped like hearts, and that's a cute touch, but (in my personal opinion) I'd recomend that you'd flip them upside-down, which would make them look more like plausible pads and less awkward. REal animals have pads that are narrow close to the toes and wider at the base (directed towards the leg).

.August, you always chose to draw such complicated animals, and lineless stuff at that which I've always found really hard. For crits, I think that the head looks a little to large and bulky, and the body is bent rather sharply directly after the wings which looks a little uncomfortable. I'm not sure how the character is supposed to look but I think that smoother transitions between the different body parts would have looked neat^^. I do like how you're working wih the perspective but perhaps it could have been a little bolder with the tail further back in the background?

Thank you so much again ;u; The character has sharp transitions between limbs(Click) so I tried to keep that. ^^ The character is very animated and...lively? So I tried to make him doing a kind of weird angle, but I agree. Thank you so so much.

Cherry~Chess- I love it, it's adorable ^^ I can never do decent lines.

wow, thanks spotty, that measn alot coming from you, a wonderful artist^^

Cherry Chess~ I love it, it's so cute ^.^ And since you seem to be going for a chibi sort of look, I still suggest adding a bit more length to the back legs. And if it matters, paw pads are more the shape of upside-down triangles then hearts^^"

The result of that one sketch image I put up two days ago:

Image

Decided to keep the image overall simple, rather than detailing the hell out of it.
Ineo's anatomy seems to FINALLY be showing through as it should. Getting a nice feline mix in with that generic rodent. (Since she's like some weird, winged, domestic cat-generic rodent hybrid, lol.)

I recorded this drawing, but it's taking a while to get it up. Gonna try to post again once it does. xP

I love the shading and colors, and also the eye ^^ The only thing I noticed was that the tail curves at a really sharp angle that looks a little uncomfortable. Otherwise I like it c:

Her tail looks like crap in this one, I know, lol.
I either hate how I draw her tail, or love it. This was not a love drawing. Said so in my DA post. xD

Pink Lemon,

Very nice anthros! :3 -- You seem to have an already pretty good grasp of their anatomy going on. And I love the style of that watercolour one! : D

One thing I could say is to maybe focus on thei hind legs a bit more. The sitting down one has REALLY long metatarsals, and the one standing up could be a bit more exaggerated in the knee area, since they seem a bit too human at the moment.

Very nice work on the standing paw positions, btw!

I don't know the first thing about animals.
Well I do but I don't trust my judgement so I can't talk wolf anatomy so yeah this is from a wannabe-human artist POV.

The first one (watercolour) is really gorgeous as well as Swirl Up and the other one featuring that girl. Very nice although her cheekbones are sort of nonexistent. Her mouth is sort of off too but I really really like the patterns on it.
amg I have a girl crush LOL

The biggest thing I have to say about your anthros... they're really skinny. I don't say this in a rude way, I say it as a fact. I mean I get it, she could probably just have a thin build and I like drawing skinny people too and I probably have no right to say anything but very, very skinny. And skinny people have bones sticking out, ya know? Which isn't really attractive but I posted something a while back and Alexander White said my girl was skinny-as-a-stick and I took that to the heart. I wanted to not be so same-body-every time if you kind of get what I'm saying. I only draw really bone-stuck out skinny people when I'm trying to convey that sort of mood. I am rambling but I hope I made some coherent sense.
The image I just linked as well the wings are odd but I don't know if that's what you really care about I don't know I love wings and birds so much but you probably aren't looking to do that very often.

Like, click this is your older picture.
Face = hot, seriously, I love that face.
Body = really skinny hour glass, right arm sort of funky because it doesn't look like the arm bunches up or anything and there isn't an elbow.

Click again
The bit with the stomach doesn't feel very right cause shes leaning or and that tank could be skin tight for all I know but I'm pretty sure her skin and top would bunch up. Unless she's like sucking in her tummy but it still would bunch up I think.

SORRY slight BRICK WALL OF TEXT You probably weren't looking for somebody to pick at everything you did but I hope I gave something. *crosses fingers* I tired to be as vague as possible in case you didn't want to hear anything

-

@ Spotty Thanks for the comment. The block fingers were no exactly there for artistic freedom haha I just got excessively frustrated with my headache and skipped drawings fingers. XD

-

@ Susiron The paws are so cute. ;__; I dunno I really really like them. Not to be a spoil sport however there's no ambient light? Or whatever it's called i don't really remember but it's like, backlight. Light reflected off other surfaces or something. I remember distinctly from PK's color theory tutorial, and believe it cause it's true, that shadows are darkest where they hit and fade lighter.

yeah.

xD

Yeah, I REALLY need to start doing ambient light. I try to sometimes, but it always looks like crap, so I leave it out sometimes.
I'm sure practice will make perfect, though. I should get some paintings done to work with that. x)
