Heh, I'm so glad you like it so much! I suppose I'll make some more for y'all =3
And the song I mention is a real song in real life.Entry Six
Hey, JDT. That's a picture of that kid up there. 'Cause I'm very sneaky with my cell phone. Another day, another entry. Only, after five days of school, it's now Saturday. So let's go through what happened today.
I woke up this morning, eager to get out for some reason. I crawled out of bed and put on the same outfit I wore yesterday. Dad wasn't up yet. I poured a bowl of cereal and ate quickly. I then scribbled a note to dad saying that I went out. I grabbed my keys off the key rack next to the door and ran to my car. It was unscathed. Well, other then the still visible key scratch. I'd have to get that fixed soon. You know, when I got some money. I crawled into the driver's seat and turned on the car. Then I set my candle, unlit at the time, up on the dashboard. I decided I'd go off to the park today. On the drive over, my thoughts were still revolving around that kid from the other day. I wondered if he was a "vampdog". Those teeth were pretty ridiculous. To drown out my thoughts, because I didn't
want to think about him, I turned on the radio. No, I hated that song. Wrong genera. Hate that person... Eventually, I set it on a screamo station. Which made no sense, 'cause I usually don't like things like that. But this time I found it strangely comforting. It did, indeed, drown my thoughts. So that was a good thing.
When I pulled into the parking spaces of the park, I saw him there. The kid from the lunch room, quiver and all. I got out of the car and locked it. I still wasn't ready to take chances with the enemies I'd made the last couple days. In fact, with the people I'd made enemies with, I thought of the song title "From Now On, We Are Enemies". But anyways. He looked up from the ground when he heard my car being locked. His gaze seemed to go right through me. It was very strange. I gulped and walked over to him. Then I sat on the bench next to him. His words will be orange, mine black.
"Hi there. I saw you in school yesterday, and I didn't recognize you. Are you supposed to be the new kid?"
"Is it that obvious?""Well... kinda. You don't exactly blend in. Which I find quite impressive, actually. In case you didn't notice; that school is full of people who act just like each other. That's kinda why I started dressing like this." I pointed to my new clothes.
"Ha, why yes. I did, indeed, notice the groups. They aren't very hard to pick out. By the way, I'm Ash. What's your name?""Oh, I'm Kylie. Pretty boring name, am I right?"
"Hey, at least your is normal! I've got to be the only 'Ash' I've ever heard of.""Well I like your name."
"Pft, thanks. Hey, um, you seem nice. I don't really know anybody in school so, um, do you think I could sit with you at lunch on Monday?"I know I smiled. "Well, all my other "friends" bailed on me. Of course you can!"
We sat there for another forty-five minutes talking about things. Turns out he actually was from New York. The heart of NYC, to be exact. I found that very interesting. I found, soon enough, that I really like the tone of his voice. It wasn't too deep. It wasn't smooth like Juan's was, in fact, it was rather rigid. It was very fascinating. His chocolate brown eyes grew on me. But then, of course, in the middle of out conversation my phone rang. It was my dad. He was all mad I left without waking him up. I sighed. Ash asked what was up, and I said my dad wanted me to come home. Me and Ash then made plans to meet the next day (Sunday), same place, about four. I could live with that. At home I got yelled at. Then I had to do chores. Then I watched TV. That was about it.
I'll write tomorrow, kay?
