Olivia, an OC of mine. she is always such a heart-warming character for me. despite being a stray and longing for an owner, she finds the courage to live on the streets and always feels hopeful when someone looks down at her and smiles. She looks into windows of houses regularly, watching a fellow cat being pet or fed or sleeping in the lap of their owner.

used a personal photo loosely as a reference.

idk why the quality is bad on this, i might try to fix it quickly.
edit: well it's better x___x not quite working still, though.
