Trade Rant Thread [NEW RULE]

I got this trade when i logged on looked at it and thought, wow this isnt even remotely fair >_>, and the message was

TRADE ITS MY ACCOUNT PARTNERS DREAMIE???

:snickers: I'm sure it is. Some people believe that if they say it is their "dream pet" they will get it for free or a rediculous deal.
If it is their actual dreamie, they would pay many a pet for it, like I would for the Green Toxic. They won't give it to you if you beg, either, because I've seen people do this.

Even if it is their "account partners" dreamie, I dont work well with sob stories. They just dont work with me and though they do end up putting me in a bad mood if people use them so many times on me >_>; And if its a dream pet honestly, some people (like myself) overpay to get the pet of desired .-.

and a polite message. I get a message back saying that they'll
only trade her for overpay.

I really hate people and their overpays. I mean, when someone tells you
they want overpays, that's just scamming you, that's just
ripping you off, in your face. :[

1.FAIR TRADES! I'm sick of getting trades that have your very common for my Uncommon!
2.When I Change the trade I CHANGE the trade.Maybe I don't want to trade that pet so deal!
3.Don't tell me "Oh, But you have 3 or more of them". Maybe I don't want to give it away huh have you ever thought of THAT!
4.I swear if you ask me a pet from my Never trade group we will Cancel the trade a foe you .Unless i say you and me have a deal.Sorry , so many offers it is driving me crazy! I also get PM's about them. So no

Rant:
When people send you gifts, expecting you to gift them something more valuable back. Like they look at your trade group and go "hey, they have a wishlist. If I give them this 2011 Halloween rat as a present, they'll give something back. Hopefully they'll choose one of my wishlist pets!"

they want overpays, that's just scamming you in your face. :[

Sometimes, people don't want to trade thier non-trade pets except for overpay. Meaning that those pets are meaningful to them/ part of a collection and it will be hard to trade for them. My non-trade pets are for overpay only...

Rule 1- (blank) won't trade her newborns, she had a bad experience where she traded her rare for a common.

Rule 2- Please send fair trades.

Rule 3- Dates and rarities do matter.

Rule 4- Any pet in the special group or in the NFT groups can be traded but it has to be a good offer. (blank) picked those pets out as being some of her favorites.

Rule 5- Just because something is on (blank) wishlist does not mean that she will overpay for it.

A few months ago I had a conversation...

Me: * cancels trade for a NFT pet which I said in my rules only trading for another type of the same pet*

??: *Messages* what if I offer you [names 60 pets]

Me: Sorry, like I said, its nft.

??: What about [names other pets]

Me: No... but [pet] is my dreamie, anything in my trade group for it you want?

??: What about the nft pet

Me: ...I just said its nft. That's the whole point that the nft is there.

??: No need to be so rude! Jezz you're such a jerk I was only asking, and now you're being rude [rants]

??: NU Excuses I hate you!

That's the way some people look at it, and it
makes sense when it's a really special pet, or a favorite.

Not when the pet was in a trade group, isn't a special pet,
and when you ask for overpay in a way that's supposed
to make your trading partner feel obligated to pay a lot more
than they really need to to make the trade fair.
