oh and recently ive come to believe that ill never get a feature and that my art isnt good enough so i guess im gonna be drawing a lot of crappy vent art like this... i mean it obviously isnt good... so... yah...

oh and dont listen to the timer because i started, finished, and erased 3 pictures before this one...

You don't have to be a good artist to get featured. I've seen tons of art in featured that aren't what I myself would call good. I've also seen enough of Nyan cat (Is that right? 'm no fan. I think it's dumb.) to last a lifetime and yet it still got featured. It's sometimes about originality and sometimes about improvement. A very basic drawing can get featured, or a very advanced, it all boils down to a vote between the staff members and the 7 that have the most votes get in weekly.

Hope this helps a little in your disgruntlement. Don't give up so easily. I had been disgruntled at one point as well and just kept plugging away at my art and eventually got another feature for a much much improved artwork that was eye catching. I mean hey... look at my one before last, it got locked up because of stupid people not listening to the moderators, and even after I told the mods I would modify the art, but I still completed more artwork after that. Wasn't my fault people would not listen to the moderators.
