I've held my tongue for a bit, but even if you don't think you have helpful comments. Please try to crit or say at least what you like about the piece, at least ten posts/pictures before you. I see a lot of people looking for crit but passing giving any crit/comments by the statement "Everything has been said." I understand you might not have something for everyone, but when asking please try to help others too. Lets try to help each other out; it makes others feel more compelled to help you after all.

This this this.
Come on, guys. It's kind of rude of you to dump your art here without giving any sort of feedback in return. Even if your anatomy is bad or you can't point anything out, you can at least say what you like about the picture. It's really frustrating to post your work and critiques just to be skipped over and ignored.
If you want help, you have to give some in return.

Maybe some sort of rules should be put in place about this? I know Nex tries to remind people to comment, but it's gotten really bad the past few pages.

Typing up some critiques now, I'll either make a new post or edit this one. Just wanted to get this out before it's buried. xD

Hrm, the idea looks pretty cool, but it's actually difficult to see, I'd say. : o
My eyesight's not the best, so it could just be me, but the canine blends a bit too much into the background. Maybe make a line of light around his edge a bit to define him where the light's striking?
And as far as anatomy goes, his jaw looks pretty awkward. His lower jaw and mouth should not go that far back, and the lips of the lower jaw should be in lie/almost in line with the top. Also, with wolves, their LOWER canines are more forward than the top.
The eye also looks a bit too low, or otherwise the bridge of the nose is too high.
The pose looks nice, but the legs seem a bit lifeless for it. Maybe define the joints a bit more?

I'm sorry about mine before. I will now try to comment and critique much more >.<

-Stonefly- That's beautiful. I love how you did the clothing and scenery. I only saw one major fault, the legs. They look like they're sticks almost, there is no bend in them. It's quite hard to walk with straight legs. Perhaps just a small crease line on the back of the pant legs?

-Susiron- I love how you did the shading and light source! The feathers are distinguished perfectly. I only see that at the back of the feet, the two toes seem to merge, though they are on different feet, and the end of the robin's tail feathers seem a bit blurry.

Ahah, you've caught me on the tail and feet! xD

The feet were completely BSed, and I didn't feel like adding much detail to the tail, lol.
I really need to work on my bird feet. I hate drawing them, although I love drawing the rest of the bird. OTL

Hehe. The bird is amazing. The feet just need some sharper shading, and the tail just needs a sharper edge.
