Aurra nodded slowly. She stealthily reached into her pocket, whipping out a penlight and shining it into Cora's eyes, smiling as they glowed. "So you're the shifter." she said, grinning. She spun out a pistol, pointing it at Cora's neck. She watched Riley, ready to bring out her other pistol if she moved to help Cora.

Zirren realized this shifter didn't know him as a hunter. "A hunter's after me. I don't know if I lost her or not. She shot my wings." he said.

Aurra chuckled. "You mean Zirren? He flew off somewhere. I think I hit him though. Turns out he was a shifter just like you."
