Thunderclap is strong and proud. He looks after StormCrest as if every member was an Alpha. He can be stubborn though, and may go behind his Alpha's orders if he thinks his ideas are better. He's not the swiftest wolf, and usually uses power over speed.
History:
Thunderclap was born as a young pup into the StormCrest clan. As a pup, he was boastful and rough, and most pups treated him like a leader. After he reached his adolescent age, his Crest's Alpha assigned him to LightningboltPack. Thunderclap didn't enjoy the best time in LightningboltPack. He was a the slowest Runner, as LighningboltPack was known to be one of the fastest Packs, and he had trouble keeping up. One evening when his Pack was hunting a buck, Thunderclap slipped on the rigid rocks and dislocated his shoulder. He was called back to the Core to heal, and after his recovery the Beta of StormCrest reassigned him to RainPack. As a wolf of RainPack, Thunderclap could use his Gift and strength to benefit him and the Pack. When RainPack's former Lead was killed, Thunderclap became the replacement. He spend a good amount of time as the Lead of RainPack, and even fathered pups with one of his Runners. When his mate left to the Core to have their pups, Thunderclap grew lonely. A month or so later he rounded up his Pack and left to the Core to check on his mate. When he arrived he received a nasty surprise – a pack from StarCrest had broken into the territory and attacked the wolves staying at the Core. RainPack helped to fight off the StarCrest Pack, but both Thunderclap's mate and the Beta of StormCrest had been killed in the fight. The Alpha ordered RainPack to fetch the Leads of LightningboltPack, CloudPack, and GalePack to join Thunderclap in the "Beta Brawl" – a fight in which the four Leads from every Pack fight each other to earn the placement of StormCrest Beta. Thunderclap defeated the other three Leads and became ranked as the Beta.
