Hello there! I'm Smiley. I have a little hobby of making banners & such. I can make free banners for you, though they are not the best. I use mybannermaker.com. I can also make custom banners, which means I draw the background. Custom banners take much more time & I can only make them when I'm on my sister's computer, as the one I use does not have a paint tool.
