Haha I know, I love pinto's and when my grandpa bred his mare arab to a stallion pinto I couldnt believe my eyes. I have loved Pinto arabians ever since. Purebred ones I guess are very very high strung.

They can be high strung, but I know plenty that are not. There's about 25 at my barn (of 30 total horses) that are arab and half arab, and since I work there twice a week bringing in and feeding, I do get to know most of their personalities, at least a little bit. For the most part, they can be spookier then other horses, but they are over all very sweet and kind-hearted, and try very hard not to hurt the people that are with them. The one horse that I would say is the most high strung is only 3, and I'm sure he will settle down in the next few years. Most of the lesson horses are arabs in their late teens, and they are the quietest, sweetest horses ever. They are very calm and several of them are incredibly lazy.

I have also heard that Arabians are as you say they are, I just love watching video's of them running and prancing on youtube, with there gorgeous tails held out like that. I just love arabians. And right now im thinking of volunteering at my local Montana sport horses Stable for free. I just like being around horses in general.
