Is the background writing and the drawing going to be judged seperatly or apart?

I think either God or Goddess is fine. Since not everyone is an artist, I say we choose the story first, then the drawing. And when it comes to decision time, I think there should be a group vote (yay, I can enter! Lol!). No voting for your own God/Goddess. We need a deadline for entries.

How about February? That should give everyone plenty of time ^.^ Is there a specific Max or Min for words?

February is good. And I firmly believe in quality over quantity, so no word min or max. Write what you feel is needed.

I mainly prefer writing in first person for boys and third person for girls.

Sweet! A writing contest! Are there any other limitations? Like... Oh I dunno, there are usually limitations in these things X3 and February sounds good for the entry dates!

And for the male/female thing... It's easy for me to write female characters in first person (cause i'm a chick), and I usually find it very hard to write male characters at all, I feel like guys don't act and think the same way a girl does, they're much more direct and don't play games and all that. To write a guy character (in first person) I can't help but feel i make him far too... feminine. Meh, i dunno
