It was a single rose, a broken glass cup, and a box of chocolates. That was all I had left of him. Some say he left the country for his own good rather than to stay with the women whom he loved. My parents never liked him, it fact we planned to run away at the dawn break of tomorrow, but he left. Without a note, without a call, but with a promise.
