well, it's just something that buisnesses use to try and advertise products(so get people to buy stuff from that place!), if your from the Uk-like me- then you'll see alot of them-espicailly when films or programmes go on a break for 5 minutes! It's hard to explain when you cant talk to you personaly, sorry for the bad spelling!
