Kovu slowly krept out of the cave and launched himself out into the open, his legs bounding off the ground and the grass whipping at his face. He raced across the border of pridelands and sat on a rock.

Zira saw Malka come back a zebra. "Yes." She smiled and took a bite out of it. Malka steped back. "Nuka is hunting feild mice." He mrowed. Zira glared. "He is usless. Just another mouth to feed."

Kiara glanced at her father and back at the pridelands, she crouched down and padded down till her paws touched the soil. She purred and ran

Kovu spotted a figure moving in the grass. "Probley a bird." He ran over and stalked it, thank pounced. He was surprised when he relized he had jumped on a young lioness cub. (Kiara)
