It's very sad to hear that people still believe black cats are "bad luck". They obviously have no idea how many people adore and own black cats.

My cat Shi-Mai was a neighborhood cat (was well-known and travelled through many homes searching for food; her previous owners never fed her), legally owned by my family, and sadly put to sleep a few days before my birthday last year due to white cell leakage into her lung cavity.

Jasper looks like a handsome and intellegent kitty. May an angel wrap their arms around him as he is healing. <3
