He just stared at her for what seemed like five minutes straight. Not a muscle on his body moved, and his eyes appeared to be almost glazed. Suddenly he blinked, hearing a crashing noise, and lifting his head to see Frosting faceplant only a few feet away. He scuttled over to her, hiding behind her and taking this moment to observe all the jellybean dragons in the area. Too many. He looked desperately back to his pond, wanting to return to Mortimer, but he stayed put, feeling rather clingy to Frosting.

Landing with a hard thud I mumbled a quick word of complaint and popped up just in time for the blue dragon to race and cower behind me. I observed his longing glance at the pond and decided we would head back there soon.
"Sorry for the intrusion fellows, just falling around." I said with an odd chuckle.
Im scared to death right but trying to keep together a brave act as a tried to make I quick getaway.
I gave the small group of dragons a cheesy smile and flicked my new buddy on the rump with my tail, then quickly pointed to the pond. I started out walking to the pond but worked up to a quick trot. As soon as I reached the pond and flopped down beside a small aspen tree.

He was walking around when he spotted another group of dragons. He never got around much, so he had no idea how to talk to them. He kind of stalked to the edge of there group, hardly managing to say anything. "Hi... Um.... I'm... Um.... New around here....."

Getting into a hunter's crouch like a cat, the teen jellybean dragon crepy forward, his shining eyes on the basket. He suddenly stopped, getting an idea. He dashed back into the bushed and picked up some branches, putting them on his head like horns. He found a puddle and rolled, staining his blue coat brown, and then he put moss on his face. He grinned, standing up on his hind legs and lifting his arms, looking like a silly monster.

(Sorry that I'm not posting. First off, theres too many different things happening in one area, and its quite confusing. Secondly, I didnt expect to have like, 6-8 new JBD's just hopping in front of my Broccoli.)

Once the dragon hopped up I let out a small groan until I figured out what he was after. Then I remembered how hungry I was. The smell was pleasing and delightful making my taste buds dance. I gave a longing look at I need to know your name XP my buddy. I noticed his smile and knew we were on the same page.

Personality:

Loud, boisterous, and a total idiot. But...he's a good guy. Truly. I'm serious. You can trust him with anything, you can rely on him to keep your secrets and at least do what he can to help you. Otherwise, Beastie is often getting into mischief, especially when it includes his friends. He often gets others involved whether he means to or not and prefers to take on a leadership role. To some, he can come off as some obnoxious moron, but this is not the case. Though he does like getting glorification, since his past was usually spent getting insulted (especially by Amanda), Beastie is very attuned to another's feelings and is very kind (when he's not being thoughtless), at least in his own way. If he thinks someone is getting left out, he's sure to run over to them and drag them into something.

History:

Recently, he lived with a family with a miniature Schnauzer, two cats, and a cockatiel. There was the mother, the father, and one of the two brothers than still lived at the house. His true owner among them however, was none other than their daughter, the animal-lover-outcast of fifteen years of age, Amanda. They were best friends, and admired different traits about each other, but also knew each other's bad qualities. So often he and Amanda would get into little mock arguments like siblings would do.

Amanda had named the Jellybean dragon Beastie, because she could not think of anything better besides "Fluffy." However, Amanda remembered the book she had read, and the proposal had been gnawing away at the back of her head until she finally decided to go with it. In the book, one of the main characters had often called the strange creatures in the fictional land "Beasties." She thought that the name was cute, but her parents almost face-palmed when they heard it. But her parents weren't too surprised, because after all, Amanda HAD named her cockatiel Birdie. Beastie personally didn't care.

While he remained as a pet or companion to the human family, Beastie picked up a lot of the habits they had, as many Jellybean dragons do. While he was there, he had worn numerous hats, played soccer, watched television, listened to music, and even attended school once, much to both the school's and Amanda's surprise. Well, one day, her parents were wanting to hand Beastie over to the authorities all of a sudden, no doubt because of the war. Amanda managed to take him away from her parents and released him, and that is how Beastie is where he is now.

Looks:

A fit and healthy wolfhound-sized Jellybean dragon full of energy and vigor. He, like others of his kind, is very fluffy, but in his case, especially poofy around the top of the neck. He displays a variety of peach colors, the lighter being the underfur, and darker orange draping along his back. His wavy horns, which could be considered a deep orange, meet parallel on his forehead and angle upwards. His eyes, which are a bi-colored blue and green, are usually fairly alert. When he gets too relaxed or sometimes too tense, his tail tends to bend into a curl.
