If you want to get technical, it would be unfair to the rat. But you're damn hard pressed to find anyone that would want to trade a rat for it's full price. So you need to lower the rat to the current demand, which would make it fair. It depends on the persons personal preferences. So. Fair. Or. Unfair.

Are you sure you're talking about laterose? laterose is the side with the pink balloon, not the CE galaxy...
