This is a bit too 'rude'. I'd make the genitals less obvious.

As others have said, you made the dogs...male anatomy...a bit to obvious. Just make it less noticeable, so that it isn't the only thing people notice (people just are weird, aye?). I'm fairly certain it can still be anatomically correct, it's not like dogs are censored in real life XD, just less...there.
