Jake wagged his tail, and was certain he would be able to talk to the pretty dog later, maybe when his boy was asleep. Right now Kyle was more important.

Glorian wagged her tail at the thought of being shown the palace ground by the queen's very own dog, which obviously made Marian a dog "queen". "Oh yes, of course! I have heard they are the most splendid grounds in the whole kingdom! Of course, that's to be expected..."

Malick wished that he could be taken to the Palace, the huge hallways and rooms, the big courtyards he sighed "And im stuck here in this pen" no were to go he finished in his mind "maybe, maybe the king will see the beauty inside me, and the plain husky fur on the outside of me. Maybe he likes dogs that will curl up by the fire for a nice long nap" he sighed and yawned "Just maybe"

(Oh yeah. The king might want more than one dog but that means that whoever Marian chooses will be the lead male but all the dogs owned by the king are treated equally.)
The king looked at Malick who seemed to be the most musculuar husky out of the bunch. He would probably be a good hunting dog, no a great hunting dog. "I will have that one." He said and pointed at Malick.
Marian laughed hard. "Your funny Glorian." she said smiling.
Kyle skipped along happy to have Jake with him.

Malick looked up from his plastic dog house and walked out into the cool air he saw the king and couldn't beileve his eyes, the king, right there in front of his pen "maybe he wants me" he said quietly

"Leash Him Up." he king ordered. Adrian took the leash. "You will be called Malick." He said liking the unique name. "Come on guys let's go have a drink." He said to his archers and took Malick inside. (The time is sunset.)

Glorian giggled along with Marian, and said, "Why thank you." It felt good to laugh so naturally.

Jake kept pace with Kyle, thinking about what he could feel from him. He carries a lot of worry and stress in his small shoulders. But yet he finds happiness, I can tell.

ok) Malick looked around his head swinging around but not making a commotion. Malick liked the name he was given. It was unique and he liked it. He followed Adrian, not used to the leash but accepted it. He realized that the leash narrowed his snffing place to only a few feet. He had seen the other dogs and he walked beside Adrian not ever leaving his side.

Marian said "Now!" suddenly as she stopped following the carriage. She slowed to a trot. "Oh look! The king has chosen his first dog!"

Malick looked at Marian -she must be the queens dog- he thought -but who is that beside her? Maybe the queens other dog, i need to get with the news don't i. I thought the queen only had one dog. Hmmmmmmm-
