She nodded as he complimented her. "Thanks." She then watched him went through the undergrowth. She then buried the rabbit next to Crowfur's prey. She heard birds chattering away, guessing that was his prey. She watched as he came back with the sparrows. She looked at him, "Nice catch." She purrede with delight. She had to admit he was a very good hunter. It was nice just to hang out with Crowfur again. She had missed him over the moons that had past.

Greyflower
Greyflower paused. She had thought that Petalnose had another kit, but on the other hand, she dropped the thought when she realized how flighty she had been. She may have not even noticed that there was another kit. She smiled at Petalnose. "Skykit does have some beautiful eyes, doesn't she," she said, recalling Petalnose's reason for naming the odd kit. "Exactly like the sky." She wondered what her own kits would be like, and repressed a shudder as she thought of her former mate. I just hope none of them ever turn out like him.

Petalnose.
She smiled softly, a distant look in her watery blue eyes. "Yes...she's quite the extraordinary cat..." She murmured, her voice almost sounding faraway. But then she snapped out of her thoughts, and came back to reality. "I can't wait to see your kits!" She nearly squealed, flicking her tail and wriggling like an apprentice in excitement. Sometimes she missed the old days, when it was easy and carefree, no worries, deaths, sadness. WHen a butterfly could have been an attacker. And then again she loved her clan now. Though her lfie had been at times rough, she had friends and a wonderful leader.


Blackfall.
Silver eyes scanned the forest before him, and he tensed, thinking he had heard someone. But then it was silent again. Shrugging, he muttered something under his breath, closed his eyes, and curled back up on a rock in the territory. Probably just a squirel, he reckoned. Not a cat trying to sneak up on him. Hopefully. If so, they would regret it. He detested being surprised, though it was very hard to surprise the stealthy, clever warrior. But once in the blue moon, when it happened, it was scary the way he would react.

Crowfur.
He smiled at his former friend, for she had been like a sister of him in those early moons of life. As a kit and apprentice. But then as warriors, they had drifted, finding new friends and knew interests. And even though he told himself he had been fine without her, he now realized just how much he had missed her. Smiling lightly, he spoke. "I reckon we should get this load back to camp."

She purred with delight, "Alright. Sounds good. So, do you wonder who the leader will pick for deputy?" She asked curiously. She was always curious about it. It has been awhile since they had a deputy, she wondered when they would get a new one and who it would be. She knew any cat in the clan is worthy of the position, well maybe not Blackfall or Colvermist. They didn't care for the clan much even when it has given them a home, and prey. She then picked up her rabbit and one of his birds to help him out.

Soulheart § Swiftheart

Soulheart looked up with her amber eyes when she heard another feline speaking to her. She had just begun to wonder where her sister was, as well as Morningstar. The black and orange she-cat smiled warmly at Sootface. "Hello, Sootface."

Swiftheart continue to pad quietly, stopping when she scented another cat. She continued to pad in the direction she was going, looking at who it was she had smelled. The she-cat didn't say or make a noise, just studied him with light blue eyes. She was debating on greeting him, but decided she should continue to go on her walk and search for some prey.

Suddenly, with no warning, he leapt up and twisted aorund, lips pulled back, teeth bared, claws out. His silver eyes locked on Swiftheart. A sneer was etched into his face. "Like what you see?" his voice was cold, tone menacing. Padding forwards he growled. "Pray tell, why were you spying on me?" He asked, eyes glinting in the weak, setting sun. Despite the fact he was acting as if he was angry, his face hdl no emotoin, and neither did his eyes.

Crowfur.
He shrugged. "Nah, not really. A number of cats would be good for the spot. She probably just wants to think about it, and she's not sure who to trust or who's right for the position." He said. Crowfur didn't really care. He knew it wasn't going to be him though, or Blackfall. Scratching p his prey, he grabbed the two birds in his mouth, but knew he would have to come back to get the vole.

Swiftheart

Swiftheart started to pad away when all of a sudden there was a growl. She turned and saw that Blackfall had gotten up from his rock and she snorted lightly at his accusation of her spying on him. She stopped walking to face him. "I have other things to do rather than spy on my clanmates," she retorted, glaring at him.

He snickered. "I wouldn't have guessed, the way you were ogling me." He snorted. Okay, so maybe he was freaking out a little. But she was denying the fact he had caught her watching him. He was no fool. Sighing, he sat down, his tiny black figure almost hidden in shadows, even though he was right in front of her. Stealth was second nature to him, he couldn't help it. It was so easy to do, he didn't even notice it half the time. "If you weren't spying on me then, do tell, what in Starclan's name were you doing." He snorted.

Soulheart just growled quietly in the back of her throat. She watched him conceal himself in the shadows and continued to glare. Sure, she'd been staring, but she hadn't been ogling him. She grumbled something under her breath, something not knowledgable. "I was simply going out for a walk, perhaps even hunting. I have no interest in spying on you."
