Marian trotted over to Darcy's side just waiting for the girl to say as she always did when she was excited in a rush. "I will take her!" She exclaimed just as I had imagined. I was almost suprised enough to jump that she had chosen this female but I kept my poker face on. My mistress nodded her approval. "She is a fine dog Darcy. I will pay for her. Girls, your dogs are on me!" She said. Marian could tell she was in a good mood.

Glorian heard those human words, I'll take her, that meant a dog would be leaving today. Her heart thumped louder when she noticed she would be leaving today. She blinked her contentment and looked over the people accompanying the queen. Her eyes landed on a Collie, and thought, So, that is the queen's companion? Such grace, such fashion! She looked forward to waiting on the Collie, if that was to be her job, as well as accompanying the excited human.

The lady was handed some money and in return she took the dog out of the cage and gave darcy a leash that was clipped onto the dog. "MIght want to keep that leash on for the day or until she gets used to you." She warned her.

Several of the king's archers walked around the booths. Lue paused at a place with lots of huskies. King Adrian who was walking with his archers paused also.

One husky looked up. The archers had stopped at the pen, and one seemed to be looking them over. He wagged his tail at the thought of leaving the pens. Why did humans feel the need to keep them there anyway?

Glorian felt the leash clip unto her collar, and rolled her eyes. Didn't the human's think she behaved enough so that she could go leash-less? She turned and looked at the Collie, and woofed, "Hello, are you the queen's companion? I am Glorian, what's your name?"

Luke climbed on the fence to have a good view of all of the huskies. He liked one in particuluar and he called over the husky. "Come here boy." he said. To his suprise the dog growled and bit his hand!
