Aiseling whispered, "A boy got turned into a flower because of us..." She shook her head and hid her face.

Ayddin bit his lip, thinking about heading inside and telling her the truth. But he couldn't... he knew that much.

Ayddin bit his lip and sat there, thinking of how to protect her. His options were limited. That was for sure.

Aiseling whispered, "Our mother... Devourer of Souls. And she's the goddess of it every 200 years... Nora fell in love with him and they tried to run off. We all did." She bit her lip. "And he was turned into that flower on Nora's belt."

Dresyn smiled softly. "I told you I'd be back."
