A lone Crow wanders around the dark streets, night was falling quickly and the Plague Hound scrambles around to find shelter. Already its pale paste like markings start to glow an eery green glow as the night draws near. The Hound pauses behind a stairwell between two brick buildings, huddled in the corner shivering. It gazes side to side, its now glowing eyes showing slight nervousness.

Serena kicked a stone and sat down by the trash. She noticed a faint glow in the distance, and dug around a fewq bags to find it. It was a small, glowing animal with wings.

"Hello there. My name is Serena. I ran away from home when I was 13 and I live around here. Te plague killed most of my family members, but I seem to be immune apparently. You look hungry. Want to take a look at my latest trash catch?"

Serena beckoned the animal to come to her, she put down a small piece of chicken.

I notice the hound seems to not be liking my presence so I pull my hand back."I'm sorry i didn't mean to scare you please don't leave"I told the hound as it looked around as if planning to run from me.I went into my pocket and took out a small candy,"If you run please at least have this you look hungry".I gently placed the candy close to the hound and took a step back hoping it would at least take the small bit of food i could give it.

Wait! I called after the hound. He looked back over his shoulder, but continued towards the lit area. I reached into my pocket and turned on my phone. The light it cast was little, but i hoped bright enough. Follow me! I said hopefully to the crow, waving my light so he would notice it. The crow looked vaguely intrigued and followed me slowly. In the distance, i could make out the adoption building...

[rem sleep]

The girl noticed Raiza's hesitation, she knelt down in front of him.

It's alright, Raiza, I know it's scary but we're here together. If you don't want to go then I'll just stay here with you.

She smiled kindly and reached out to pet Raiza's soft pelt.

I'd rather you come with me because you love me than because you pity me or because I'm bribing you, I'd rather you come with because it'll make you happy, not because I'm the only one around. I'd rather you stay with me because we're allies, rather than just because. Raiza I would love to be your friend and your ally, I want to help you live a happy life. Will you please come with me? As soon as we go in, then we'll be together forever and we can be happy. We can help each other through the bad and laugh with each other in the good, we can aid each other when we need help and always be beside one another so we're never alone...

Won't you come with me...?

The hound looks at the small piece of food then slowly edges towards it. It happily gulps down the candy then looks at the human as if asking for more.

The hound clips softly and backs away from the building area.

The hound looks up at the human, it makes a small clicking sound then slowly approaches the human. It nervously nudges at the humans legs then looks up at her as if it were asking if it was really allowed to be with her.

(=3 I will announce the winner after this last round <3 all these rps look wonderful so it will be hard to pick a winner)

[rem sleep]

The girl smiled, her eyes lit with adoration and she embraced Raiza in her arms and hugged him close.

Please don't leave me, Raiza. Let's go together, alright? Together forever.

She released the hound from her warm arms and stood again, tall and proud a strong stigma of bravery surrounding her.

Let's go, we'll be out of the dark soon and we can finally get some food and rest awhile. It'll be hard hunting the Plauge Rats but we can do it together, I believe in you, Raiza. You're a very strong ally, I wouldn't have you any other way. You're like me...we're both lonely, so why stay together so we're not alone anymore? I really would be honored if a wonderful hound like you were to come with a strange tomboy like me.

The white haired girl smiled and met her cyan eyes with Raiza's deep forest green once more.

We can be strong together, okay Raiza?

She beamed as she turned to face the Plauge Hound Adoption Center, hoping for a bright future and an ever brighter tomorrow...

That's it boy! Lets go now! The building was not far away now. I could see a dim light emitting from it, and sillouhettes behind it. It's ok I whispered to the crow, who looked unerved by the moving shapes behind the glass. It's ok boy! I said gently, coaxing him on whith my voice. When we got very close to the building, the crow stopped and whined, looking just as afraid as when he had first saw me. "Don' t be afraid, noone wants to hurt you." I said softly. He looked at me, his green eyes reflecting both the light of his fur and the light of the building so that yellow and green danced across them. I walked to the door and knelt down in front of it. "It's ok, come here" I said softly, patting my thighs. The crow regarded me uncertainly but then approached. I stepped slowly to the side of the door and opened it a crack so the crow would here and smell the inside of the building before the bright light overwhelmed him. The crow moved his head around like a dog would sniff the air, but he had no visible nose to twitch. I pulled the door open a little more, and the crow peered in curiously. It was fairly empty, with only the cash lady at her post. The sounds of hawks, and maybe the odd crow, echoed from the back. "Are you ready?" I said to the crow? When he did not flinch, I pushed the door open all the way and whispered "you go first"...

I smiled watching the hound happily gulp down the candy,"I guess you like peppermint then here i have a few more"I place two more candies near the hound but I kept one in my hand."If you have no where to go i know a perfect place for you to live,its warm so you don't have to deal with this cold and there is plenty of food for you to eat so you won't go hungry.Its a great place and someone you like may come along and take you on wonderful adventures." I told the hound,in truth I was not sure if he understood me but it felt good to tell him that there was a place where he could be kept warm and be fed."If you want i could take you there" I looked at the hound and held my hand out with the candy placed in the middle of my palm.I watched as he gulped down the other two candies i had placed down for him then he paused looking at my hand."Don't worry i won't hurt you" I said as the hound crept closer to me and sniffed my hand then quickly ate the candy.I gently pet his back only for a few seconds before I sat up,"I'm guessing that is a yes Ajax don't worry it is a great place" I smile and start to walk towards the plague hounds adoption center but at a slow pace just in case he changed his mind,I glanced back a few times to see if he was following me.He looked a bit skittish being out in the open so i walked back to him and looked him in the eyes,"Its okay if you change your mind"I said in a soft vice suddenly pausing trying to think of something to say as i got lost in his dark green eyes."I am just happy to meet someone who was as unique as yourself,i understand if you want to go back.I barely know you and you barely know me but i just wanted something better for you.Everyone deserves nice warm bed and food to keep them healthy plus someone to shower them in affection.Either what you may choose just remember there is someone who cares about you no matter what may happen" I said with some sadness in my voice but I smile and place the last candy I have in front of his paws.I walked ahead and open the door to the adoption center then glanced back to see if he was still there or had disappeared into the shadows of the city forever.
