Serena felt terrible, she slowly walked into the den. She curled in a ball and stared at the walls. Dastan followed his mother inside and snuggled against her to make her feel better. "Its ok mommy, its okay." he said.

Kota walked about a mile, then layed down against a tree. His mind was blank. All he knew was that Serena had rejected him. He didn't understand. What had he done wrong? Did he ever want to return to camp again? He stared blankly at a tree.
