You know what's worse than getting bad trades? MAKING THEM. O:

I just offered one of the zodiac dogs for an uncommon from January last year. >.>; *wears Shame Bucket* As soon as I sent it, I went "Waaaait...That's a baaad idea. e_e" Did I cancel? Pfft. I'm riding on the Dummy Boat at that moment. No. Why? Because I decided to just see what would happen.

Got a cancel, wasn't surprised. xD I feel like I should know better by now, really. I think I got a little pampered during the Advent Calendar, where most of my trades were from.

I'm deciding to use this as a learning experience so I don't try to pull that again. o: ...Though for a while I'm just going to wear the Shame Bucket as a hat.

Don't feel too bad, we all do that sometimes. I myself have pulled quite a few bad trades since I'm not too familiar with rarity. I know that '09 uncommon =/= '08 uncommon and etc., but beyond that I've no clue. Either I apologize and beg my trading partner to edit in my offer, or I haul a picture of their dog and my trade groups' URLs down to the Fair Trades and whine for help the way a baby house sparrow does for grubs until I get an answer.

By now I'm rather irked, and don't want to trade with this person. So I respond frankly.

I'm not trading for other pets. I'm only interested in art trades.

And perhaps you should have mentioned that you wanted to "trade" instead of saying "give me one or of your pets".

I receive this response in return.

I can write poetry, draw, those are art. What would you like?

I'm not interested in literature.

I need to see examples of your artwork, as in drawing.

Well, do you want humans, animals, realistic, not realistic, male, female?

Anything you have. I just need to see some sort of reference.

Anthropomorphic animals are what I'm most interested in.
