Ellie looked at all the pups and smiled. They were all so innocent-looking. She hoped that they would one day find someone that wouldn't give them as much pain as Saran had.

Saran was curious as to whether it was Ellie who had given birth to his pups or not. So he decided to go to he den and find out, he padded through the forest in search of her den. He found it and In the distance could see her... And four tiny heads. He padded closer,"Ellie..I know you could never forgive me but may I have one look at what could have been my future.." he asked holding his head low.

Ellie sighed. "Yea, why not!?" she said furiously.

Saran peeped in his head and looked at his beautiful babies. His heart sunk, 'I helped make these, why was i so stupid!!' he thought. "May I hold one? What are their names?" he asked.

"I don't know yet. Yea, you are their father. You may hold one before you never see them again. That is what you wanted, isn't it?" Ellie asked coldly, looking at the ground. She'd never acted this way before. All of her tolerance for Saran and his little games had ended.

"I only did it for you and the pups.. I didn't want to hurt you anymore.. Do you know how hard it was to turn away from you guys, I almost died!" he said. "I love you will all my heart and that will never change, but I can't stand the thought of what I used to be coming out every time I get a little angry and hurting you all.." he said as he turned and slowly padded out of the den.

"Then you shouldn't have had pups with me in the first place!" Ellie screamed loudly.

"You know Saran, it's hurting more now than it would have if you stayed!" she added.

"I'm sorry..For everything.." he said as he padded off towards the mountaine . He climbed hard up it reaching the top, once he made it up he padded to the edge. He wanted to die, he had nothing to live for, Ellie hated him, he would never get to see his pups, the only thing that he did have I live for was his sister but she seemed happy with out him.
